Unfortunately some staff members are trying but overall there is a lack of communication and workers in this place. Deborah in cottage house is a terrible manager and does absolutely nothing to help change the situation. Please do not agree to do palliative care at this home. They are not equipped or have the ability to manage this.

Dated industrial building. Next to cancer causing high frequency cellular towers and hydro lines. Didn’t look safe. Looks like asylum. Will choose better place then this. Management is rude .

Putting my father in here was the worst mistake I ever made. I still regret it 2 years after his death. If you need to put a loved one in a long term care home do your research first. Don't make the same mistake l made.

Incredibly pleased with this Care home. The building which looks like a villa is situated in a nice green space. All the rooms have lovely views with mature trees all around. The place is immaculately clean and the staff is professional, caring and accommodating. I have dealt with everyone from Administration, front desk personnel, RN's, POW's and maintenance and everyone has bent over backwards to help and has made my Step Mother feel cared for. We have had nothing but a positive experience and would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

We have a relative here in Heritage House wing and are very happy with the quality of care. Our relative is always clean and dressed in clean clothes, the common areas and her room are tidy, the meals look good and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The medical reports are thorough; communication is always clear. It's a relief to know that our relative is in such a good place.

The rooms are large breakfast and lunch are tasty dinner is ho hum pain medicine is readily available waiting periods for the doctor is too long

Absolutely terrible. No funding for appropriate care and the staff are so overworked 98% of them don't care about patients anymore. They also withheld test results from us that resulted in my loved one almost dying because of their negligence. This is unacceptable and this place should be closed down if they do not have the capabilities to keep their patients alive, simply filling beds" is not an appropriate way to operate."
