The best customer service experiences I've had in a shoe store. Wish I got the sales person's name. The one wearing the white doc martens. A 10 was too small but 11 felt too big. He made sure to find the right fit. Also provided everything needed to care for the shoe. Customer service was so great I didn't even care what the shoes cost. Definitely will be returning.

Outstanding customer service from Maria today! My partner and I were so happy with the shoes and the help we received from Browns Markville. All the employees here were professional and super nice considering we visited on New Years day! :)

First time in this location and was really pleased with the selection of footwear. Prices seemed competitive, and the store was very clean and well merchandised. Staff were very friendly and efficient, and were able to answer a number of questions related specifically to the brand I selected. They also offered some tips on proper care of the leather boots purchased.

Excellent customer service by Maria Tyrologou- she genuinely wants to help customers. She helped me found a right sandal and I also bought second pair just because she helped me find a right insole got a better fit! She truly needs recognition for her outstanding customer service!

Recently went in to try some shoes however the salesperson took away the other shoe from both styles I was trying. Other customers had both shoes available for them to try on and make a decision. Seems like she thought I might steal them. I didn't end up purchasing based on this experience.

Went in because I saw a kids shoe on their online site, was told they don’t carry kids shoes in store. For a store that size, it’s a pity they decided to dedicate no space to kids.The sales associate was not very nice and seemed quite rude, nor did she care if I stayed as a customer or not. I took my business to little burgundy and was so glad I did.Won’t be visiting store again, as it seems that most locations have some pretty snooty staff.

Came in with a special request and wow was I amazed at the level of service and support! They say customer service is gone - not the case at Brown's. Diana was legit the best sales person I have come across in years - will be coming back here again due to Diana going above and beyond!
