Money Mart

I respect any buisness that caters to hiring people with special needs but I do not see how putting those individuals in charge of answering customer phone calls and their questions or concerns is of any benefit to the company or customer. Just Hang up if a woman named Jurprit? Kurpreet? Or a girl named Morgan answer. Neither have any accurate knowledge of.. anything. Once last month one spent 11 min comming in and out of an apparent on- the-clock drunken slumber. snapped at me for interupting the day nap they were getting paid for only to tell me I should not ask for a loan via money mart as they would rip me off and I would end up in debt.. but shh don't tell my boss " sorry I think it's great they have jobs but surely a part time high school student looking for hard to find experience would be more ideal for everyone? .."

Doing a cash back this year, myself and my husband. Every year, until this one, we've received our money within 24 hrs...not this year! Day 6 right now, still no refunds for either of us and our location is closed today, during tax season??? If we had gone to H and R, we would've had our money by now. Apparently Money Mart is having problems with their tax program? How is this our fault? We're still going to be deducted the same amount for cash back as someone that went elsewhere and got their money right away. Money Mart, you need to step up and offer a discount to YOUR CUSTOMERS! It's not our fault that your program is the issue, and yet we are still required to pay the government mandated fees for cash back! It's not being done in a timely fashion. I'm a long time customer, and if something isn't offered as restitution for your mix up, we're going elsewhere next year. A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

This company is not a friendly company when hard times happens and you make payment argments they keep calling and threating to take you to collects i give up take me i dont care now you only get pennies on the dollar were you could of got it all thats what you get when you have rude people working for you

Was here like 4 months ago, worst experience I've ever had with a customer service representative...and I literally talked to probably 3 different girls before giving up and walking away after they failed to give me the basic information I had asked for. Basic as in they advertise it on the home page of their website yet could not explain in any furthur detail about the main services they offer. Noticed on monster that the requirements for employment as a customer service rep at their corporate location is highschool. Clearly there employees are still in highschool..or should be.

I've just decided to write this review.I've worked one organization for 20yrs and with this company 13months. I really loved my job but the ground management is the worst. There is always a cleek" which include management and liwer staff and if you are liked

So went to the naniamo branch for a 1000$ loan for a vehicle. The chick ran my credit. (So thats a hit on my credit) my credit was great but i apparently dont qualify for their criteria for a loan because i havent done enough borrowing FROM THEM. So rather than ruining my credit they could have just told me i didnt have enough of a relationship with them to borrow no matter my credit... And no my income was definitely not the issue trust me... Ill borrow from a real financial institution from now on thanks only came cause my bank was closed on a sunday. Terrible company.

If you need to have a issue resolved I found Cathy at Head Office is the one to talk to . Friendly and pleasant.

Awful company, they continually miss gender me, even after corrected. Refused to update my address and banking info. Lied about reaching out to me and refused any and all help. If you miss one payment because they pull it early they just send you to collections. With no warning. 0 stars!

Well used all the time a year and a half ago. Expensive but everything is now. All loan stores are. They always treated me as good as always company like that can I mean wouldn't be giving free money or anything lol. Yesterday got a call from a creditor saying I owed them money even though I never got a call or letter. Called money mart. Spoke with a supervisor named Travis who ended up being very rude. Got ready take to court and called back today and a girl named patty answered. This is to say her and the girl helping (Karen I believe) were nicest people I've ever talked to over the phone. They even got everything sorted. Was small mistakes on both ends and got it back from creditors. Will be paying it off right away. THANK YOU PATTY! If you got to use any loan store use money mart. I am very thankful for their service.

While dealing with an agent here, I was given incorrect information on making a payment and over paid on the loan. The agent was aggressive in her questioning, showed little customer service and a lack of knowledge of how the payments come out and work. I’ve tried to file a complaint with this agent, emails have gone unanswered and phone calls have mysteriously disconnected after finding someone to speak too.
