This was my first ever time going to a bridal shop and trying on dresses. I was so anxious with myself being a bigger bride, but as soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed and excited.I was greeted by the lovely Catrin & Janet who are both the most kindest and loveliest of people. We tried on a selection of dresses and I felt beautiful! Both Catrin & Janet gave great advice and made me feel so so beautiful in all the dresses I can’t thank them enough.I bought my dress that same day & I cannot wait for my wedding now!Thank you both so so so much for everything. Catrin & Christine could not have been more helpful, friendly, informative and professional. Their choice of dresses were fantastic and the shop itself was beautifully laid out.A joy to be there. My daughter chose an absolutely gorgeous dress and the price did not hurt either!Would highly recommend.

Before coming to Cheadle Bride I had had a really bad experience of wedding dress shopping in Chester. The staff were rude, uninterested and got annoyed every time that I asked a question. I found the dress that I wanted but I wanted some things changed and was quoted over £300 to attach two little sleeves. I left the shop upset and disheartened. I found the same dress on the Cheadle Bride website so rang up to ask about it. The instant I spoke to Gwen she made me feel valued and important so I booked an appointment to come and see her. I was amazed how lovely and kind all the staff were at Cheadle Bride and the same alterations that I wanted Gwen said would be no problem and would only cost £10 extra compared to the £300 I had been quoted in the other shop! I cannot fully explain how happy and grateful I was to use Cheadle Bride as even through the pandemic they were calm and supportive through three cancelled wedding dates. I then found out we were expecting our first baby and Gwen delayed all the fittings for the dress and even did my last fitting a couple of days before the wedding day to ensure that the dress fitted me perfectly. I can honestly say the girls here made the whole wedding process so much more exciting and easy. If you are looking for a wedding dress you need to look here! Not only do they have a beautiful selection of dresses but all the staff are honest, kind and truly care about their customers. Cannot recommend them enough!

I purchased my absolute dream dress from Cheadle Brides yesterday and I couldn’t be any happier with the whole experience. They have a great selection of dresses, appointments they schedule are long enough to not feel rushed and the shop is beautiful. The lady who helped me (Sorry, I believe she was called Janet) is an absolute star, she is so good at what she does. She was very helpful working around my style and budget, gave me honest recommendations, and didn’t push me into making a decision- all things I missed in my previous experiences at two other shops. I couldn’t thank her enough for giving me such a chilled, relaxed experience, she’s such a credit to this store.Thanks,Dalia

I love this shop!!! I had a negative experience at a different bridal shop who didn’t listen to me and tried to hard sell me dresses that didn’t suit me. I had given up finding a bridal dress but in a last ditch attempt contacted Cheadle Bride and was really nervous but I shouldn’t have been … they made such a fuss of me, had infinite patience, let me try on however many items I wanted in order to get an idea of what I was looking for. As if by magic, Catrin pulled out the perfect dress for me and my shape, the stock turn around was so quick (2 weeks), it was in budget and she provided lots of ideas of how to get it altered if I wanted to. I would highly recommend to anyone, dress is now safely hung up waiting for a fitting appointment and I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for more.

I can not recommend this shop enough, the patience and professionalism shown was second to none.They even kept a dress for me when I came back for a second appointment because they knew I liked it.They made me feel special and confident, we had such a good giggle trying on dresses. I wasn’t rushed and felt they had all the time in the world for me.Go book your appointment, you wont be disappointed.
