Awesome customer service! I lost a diamond from my ring, and while the diamonds are covered by a lifetime warranty, the work to replace them is not, unless you purchase another warranty. It could have cost me upwards of $200 but the sales rep was able to put the replacement through free of charge. It was also done within a couple weeks, when they warned me it could take up to a couple months. I'm sure they're not always able to do this, but I certainly appreciated the extra effort!

Once they have your money - they stop caring.I am extremely disappointing at the level of customer care I received from not only this store location, but this company in general. After spending several thousands of dollars on an engagement ring and a $400 necklace - I honestly expected them to show some level of caring when I returned 41 days after the necklace had been worn - the chain had broken, and the rosegold plating on the pendant had completely worn off and the pendant was stainless steel. Instead I was met with a large annoyed sigh, and told that they only cover their products for 60 days - the necklace had been worn for 41, and the remaining days were due to their warehouse shipping delay which I had the proof of with the receipt from the day I came to pick it up in store. They refused to do anything other than offer to send it out to be repaired - BUT AT MY COST. Not only would I have to pay for a new chain, but I would have to pay to have the rosegold plated again. Oh, and pay the shipping costs to and from their Toronto repair centre. This was not some cheap $40 necklace, but rather a $400 necklace that had been worn for 41 days. I am appalled at the complete lack of pride they take in the quality of the products they sell. Their employees are too busy gossiping about other staff members, and treat you like an inconvenience for simply walking into this store. Do better Peoples.

Bronwyn was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. She answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and she made the whole process very smooth and easy.Overall, my experience was amazing and I definitely recommend Bronwyn everyone. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect piece of jewelry for my special occasion.

I am only putting one because zero is not an option. I came in to the store was instantly greeted by apparently the manager. I asked that he not spray my jewelry because it’s a request we have had all along, besides it’s going into the cleaning solution anyway. After that he got extremely defensive and his attitude changed. He treated me as though we had the plague. unacceptable customer service especially from a manager. I will do my business at another store from now on. Shameful to treat people like that when we have differing opinions:(

My wife went there to get help with an online order for possible exchange. Lady was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Kept changing her story but basically said they don't deal with any online purchases. This is untrue as I contacted customer service and they said they are supposed to do so. We will never return. Go across the hall to Charm, they are actually nice people there.

I bought my wife’s engagement ring set here which was suppose to be a wonderful moment in life. We are now on our 4th time sending it away for re-sizing, and for re-sizing it has to ship to Vancouver! we have had the ring as much as we haven’t had the ring as it takes a long time to resize. It has totally ruined our experience and now her engagement ring is a sore topic to even talk about. We are beyond the point of disappointed and I regret choosing peoples jewellers.-Nate & Ashley

The individual that helped me with my cleaning was very friendly and insured I was informed about the wear and tear of the material of my jewelry. He was very quick to help me and kept a shining smile the whole time. Very happy with my service today!

my engagement ring and both our wedding rings are from here, and we felt respected by staff, service was quick and we were given good advice on different rings and bands. I just got my ring cleaned and inspected under warranty from Pavitar(store manager).. Always feel welcomed whenever we visit the store.
