It doesn’t matter how busy the drive thru is, they always give you the best service whenever you go. Employees working there they all have really good patience and they are always professional. Today i was served by employee named Brayden, he was really polite and nice while giving me my order. I love their service moreover I love their Dilly Bars. Will recommend this place to anyone.

The hot cocoa blizzard sign specifically says served upside down or next one is free" but the 12 year old working there told me it didn't apply to the hot cocoa blizzard i ordered. Take that sign down if you won't honor it."

Terrible service, trying to get a custom cake and the lady helping us was amazing but the little witch behind the counter wouldn’t use the funny birthday picture we wanted on the cake. She was extremely rude about it, had no explanation besides the boss wouldn’t like it, but do you think we could speak to the boss?? It’s our cake for my dads bday and shouldn’t have been a problem.

Worse Dairy Queen ever, nothing like ordering hot food and asking the ice cream not to be made till the hot food reaand all ready so does not melt. We were handed the ice cream and treats and told the onion rings and food just started I said the treats were to go home to family and they just shut window, the guy then proceeded to laugh point and talk by window which we could hear. Than 9 minutes later got the hot food I asked them to remake the ice cream and the tie mutters under brewth saying “ya right have good night” than shut the window, how rude and how miseerable tonuave melting ice cream all over the car and to be told this.
