I got my nose pierced here a few months ago and just was looking for a hoop at the store today as it’s completely healed. This’s my first nose piercing not sure how it’s supposed to be like when change it to a hoop but the guy who was helping me made me feel like he almost torn my nose off. Earlier I asked him if I could put the hoop on myself and he looked offended so maybe he was upset about it? My boyfriend helped me to take it off and put it back on just to clear out the blood inside my nose and it didn’t hurt that much at all. I assume the piercer should be more professional than my boyfriend on this regard but apparently he’s not. Really bad experience today. Just get it done with other piercer if you have to go there and make sure don’t ask if you can do it yourself so they won’t lash out on your nose or ear I guess.

This is a super cool piercing studio!The staff were helpful, friendly, and kind. It was my first time at a piercing studio here in Kamloops, I came in for a jewelry change. They have an amazing selection of high quality jewelry among other items in the shop. I was impressed with their sanitation procedures, I felt very comfortable. I was in today to get my 8 yr old daughters ears pierced. I was absolutely blow away by how AMAZING the experience was. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff in every way possible.
