Q Nails - Riverbend Square

Went here a couple of months ago, to get my toes done with my friend. I honestly will never go back here again, they did a HORRIBLE job on our toes just very sloppy. Paint everywhere on my toe nails… Pretty sure they are scamming people with their prices because I paid 120$ for 2 gel pedicures, which is ridiculous. Please don’t come here, they don’t do a good job at all, will leave you very disappointed with the outcome.

I literally never write reviews but I have to look out for everyone . Q nails is always a hit or miss for me and I’m always hesitant but I needed a quick fill so here we are. Went in for a fill, and my nails are not shaped at all the way that they should be, The powder application is so uneven and the actual polish itself is so bumpy, like the technician applied globs of the polish on which I know isn’t supposed to happen with gel polish. Anyways here we are . Unfortunately there is a 0% chance that I’ll be returning to any Q nails salon. Can’t seem to post pics but I’ll try to.

I decided to shop locally" and support my neighbourhood so I went to Q Nails for a manicure and pedicure. The person doing my nail care was busy the whole time talking to other staff in foreign language and not really engaging me in my experience there. She smudged my large toenail and proceeded just to fix it by adding more polish. I was rushed through both services in 30 minutes. I got home and 3 nails were smudged and irreparable. What a waste! This was supposed to be a treat for me going to a wedding and family reunion. I ended up removing the polish the very next day totally disgusted!"

This salon done a horriable job on my nails, when I left the salon I noticed she had paint all over my fingers and the way she placed the tips did not cover up my own nail and she had my cuticles pushed back too far. Ny nails after just a few hours look like they need a fill already. I could not go back that night as the salon was closed so I called back in the morning todsy and they refused to take off my nails n give me back my money, also told me I would of had to come back last night and that the nail salon is not a clothing store and the would not fix or take off and give me back my money. I wish I could show a photo of my nails on this review. I asure you you will never go there n nore will I return. Very rude and unprofessional and I am very unhappy today.

Saw Jenny for a quick fill as my regular nail tech is rather far and it was snowing. She did a great job and was quick and courteous. Would definitely recommend her. When I saw my regular nail tech again she was impressed with the job Jenny had done.

I had Tea do my pedicure for me, it's a beautiful summer yellow. She was very professional and made my feet look amazing! Great Service! Yes they speak in their language from time to time but I expect that in a Korean filled nail salon, they all do it.

Worst pedicure ever!!!! Felt cheated after the whole experience, I definitely would not recommend.

Alert! My wife Peggy and niece Charity went to this salon to get pampered. Well, that wasn’t what they walked out with. The technicians rushed their job, barely cut any nails, and when they applied the nail polish they literally just globed it on. I had to drive them both to another salon just to get it fixed. This salon is very bad. It was not a nice visit at all for them. It should be renamed Ugly Nails!

Called to remove my nails. Service was quick. Price was fair. 3 stars because I didn't get enough service to judge on the quality of nails.
