Absolute Amazing Customer Service from Gary and his staff at The Water Depot in Woodstock, On.Recently moved from Hamilton to Tillsonburg and was buying water and ice from a water treatment facility in Tillsonburg.The Customer Service at this location was terrible.Decided to switch to The Water Depot in Woodstock, On., which is about a 25 minute drive from Tillsonburg, well worth the drive.It was the best decision I made, as the quality of the water was 100% better than the one in Tillsonburg.Also, the Customer Service at The Water Depot from Gary and his staff is excellent.I would definitely recommend The Water Depot in Woodstock, On., for fast and friendly service for your water needs, not to mention the best water around here.

Not really sure what was going on today, 2 employees and the owner in the store and I had to carry out all my bags of salt while they watched me? Disappointed.

Great tasting water when you compare to some of the other choices available for quick pickup from a grocery store. Always a quick visit to fill bottles and head onto whatever is next on the schedule. Great prices for filling one of the large bottles too.

Excellent service. We moved recently to this area and I went to Water Depot for the first time. They set up my new plan (with a July discount) and quickly filled my bottles for me and delivered them to my car and loaded my water. I was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful and friendly service. Highly recommended this location.

Great experience and top notch customer service. I walked into Water Depot at 10am and purchased a water softener, it was installed in my house by 2pm that afternoon. Very impressed!

These guys are great , wonderful people,I have read some of the other reviews and it’s hard to believe that they are taking about the same store.My experience has been nothing short of amazing! We bought our water softener there as well as all of our alkaline water.Class act here!

If u want water and smiles. This is the place to go and get some delicious water. We all know that you should not drink Woodstock tap water. It is disgusting.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped me within a very short time of me arriving and were thorough in explaining options for a water filter system. I was given samples to taste the water in order to help me decide which type I wanted to get.
