TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The Atm's are always down. Majority of the times you can't deposit money or redraw. If this is my bank, why do I have to drive to another branch? I called a few times to complain but it seems they don't care. I'm giving this bank 1 more month to fix the issue or I will be switching to another bank that can provide with the service's.

Can you guys get your ATMs to work ever?! Absolutely the worst... I'd rather do the extra drive to another bank and not have to deal with your unprofessionalism.

Had an appointment at 2:00, no one attended me for 20 min. Finally had to ask one of tellers about the delay. The guy with whom I had the appointment finally comes out and gives all the excuses instead of being apologetic: TD removed reception, we are short staffed etc. Worst customer service!

I wish I could give negative stars to that branch, always received a good service at TD Les Coteaux or Candiac, this branch is awful. The ATM had no money in it, received 500 $ in 10 $ bills. Couldn't get more on a Thursday morning at 11h00 am. Went to go in the bank , was told to go to the end of the line outside by a young man even though I've been inside for 15 minutes waiting my turn for the ATM and nobody was outside the door when I got there. Left and will never go back to this place. Went on Cure Labelle and received prompt service.

Friday April 14. Waited in line for over 20 mins. Then the teller on the counter decided to call the very last person who just walked in (he didn’t have any apointment) she started talking to him ignoring all people in line. Then she took him in. We kept waiting.Only tow tellers were working and the lineup was so long.Unacceptable. For sure I ll be closing all business with TD.

In my estimation, this is the best branch I've ever visited, of any bank, by a multiple of 10, easily. There's a reason why I have all my accounts, mortgage and credit with these people. The level of competence of the staff at this location seriously never ceases to amaze me. I know that I can go there with any issue or question and feel extremely confident that it will be resolved without hesitation. Perhaps, beyond their impressive level of competence is their level of friendliness. Without a doubt, some of the nicest and kindest people you can find work at that branch. Combined with a great and modernized environment and the perks and strong capabilities of a big bank like TD, I find myself wondering why everyone doesn't just make the switch. A flagship branch for sure. Well done.

There’s no statement of account you could take it on spot you should order it and will take up to 48h wowwww so pro.The worst, and that’s why I started to work with other banks

Worst TD branch! I went last week to do a simple task I waited 45 minutes in line a customer stayed with an employer for 40 minutes and the other making phone calls and walking around. And a time before l went to pay my mortgage cash and the gentleman paid it to another account holders, l had to wait for an hour than l left and my husband came instead of me to fix the problem with the manager. Please train your employees and be more professional.

Worst service. When you deposit a cheque of 16000$ and the incompetent administration places a charge on your bank account for 16000$ instead! Leaving you with no money what so ever in your account right before a long weekend. Then you take more of your gas to get a resolution only to be told the system is automatic and they cannot do anything. They end up offering you 50.00$ as compensation, feels more like a slap in the face. Oh! they also tell you that if you place a complaint, they will not give you any compensation money. As if anyone could eat and gas for 50$. This is truely unnacceptable and downright wrong.

Tried to withdraw money from their ATM, machine takes the card and doesn’t give the money or a paper, so I go inside the bank which is supposed to close at 6…the staff have locked the door, it’s 5:30 with no paper or any info provided. I’m not even a TD customer, I just went for an ATM withdrawal as the bank was closer to my house, what a mistake! Waited until a staff member shows up to to the locked door to explain my situation, no sign of actual customer service from the staff member, just tells me to call TD customer service with a blank face like I’m talking to a robot with 2 lines of speech. To save 5 min of driving, I spent 45 min of my time trying to get my money back from an outdated bank and terrible staff, sticking to RBC for life after seeing this branch.
