Terrible terrible experience. Overcrowded. No protocols. Young kid under 5 comes in requesting 1hour PCR test. Likely has symptoms. Asked to wait inside less than 6 feet from me as place was overcrowded. Staff could care less. Cash grab. Go to a safer place. I went in without covid now i am scared i got it during my visit. 0 stars if I Could. Ridiculous.

Avoid at all costs - there is no phone service and had to speak over chat to reschedule my wife and my appointments only to find out that my wife’s appointment has not been moved along with me. Sounds like a revenue maximization firm that is willing to discount its customer base. Be careful they don’t have cancellation policy

I have used FH Health many times over the last couple of years with no trouble. In fact, they have been my go to for testing, more expensive, but quick turn around and availability. But recently, I had an issue with purchasing online kits. I purchased online, but didn't receive an email confirmation to pick up the kits. I went to the Oakville store looking for help and they asked me repeatedly for the email confirmation. They couldn't help if I didn't have it. I then emailed the company and then did their online chat. Same response from online. They need the email confirmation before they can help. It's like being stuck in a hamster wheel. THERE IS NO ONE WHO PICKS UP A PHONE. So my review is zero stars for zero customer service. Figure it out. Give your staff the tools they need to provide customer service. If you are going to advertise EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE you should deliver it. It's been two years and I am pretty sure the company has enough cash to hire someone to answer a phone.

We prepaid for 2 antigen tests and 1 PCR test. Great communication leading up to appointments but then got email saying that the location is not doing tests anymore and where would we like to go for our testing. Responded, heard nothing, test dates passed, have sent email asking for full refund, got a generic response saying looking into it. Poor pharmacy where we were supposed to go overwhelmed as people showing up for appointments, phoning to complain.Just want our money back. Cannot phone as no phone number, only form of communication is email.FH Health if you read this review please contact me as I want a full refund.

SIMPLY AWFUL ! GO SOMEPLACE (ANYPLACE) ELSE!Getting a pre-flight covid test (Oakville location) was the worst appointment experience of my life! I have no complaint with the staff who work here but the owner/managers of FH HEALTH should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. If this is how they operate this location I can only assume it is how they run the entire company).SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT MEANS – ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I got there 5 minutes early (as they requested in their numerous reminders) and found a long line. I asked the person at the front of the line if she had an appointment – she said yes, for 1 ½ hours EARLIER! I got to the back of the line and there I stood UTTERLY FREEZING in snow/freezing rain/high winds for ONE AND A HALF HOURS. ABYSMAL.It looks to me like a management money grab: They know most people need covid tests for specific and timely reasons so have no choice but to wait in line once they get there for their appointment (which was my case).I am contesting the credit card charge because they didn’t REMOTELY live up to their obligation of providing a test at an appointed time (I could accept a 30-minute wait though that would be bad enough). ONE AND A HALF HOUR WAIT WITH APPOINTMENT.PLEASE do yourself a favour and go anywhere except FH HEALTH. Tell family and friends. They should be ashamed!(I don't know if the video will post - I am last person in line. With thanks to my niece for waiting with me!)
