We have fallen back in love with our home! Rachael and Pat were a pleasure to work with. They are professional, down to earth and take great pride in their work. The crew was always pleasant and respectful. From our first meeting we had a good feeling - Rachael and Pat came with constructive ideas and when we presented our budget they worked hard to build an action plan that would make our dreams into a reality. They are highly communicative which we really valued. Inevitably there will be bumps/surprises in a large scale reno - the Cadence team was quick to flag them and to present solutions/options to keep us as customers happy and the reno on track. They are very organized - our reno was completed on time and on budget. The workmanship is excellent - their attention to detail is great, and when we flagged small things for improvement there was never an issue or ego. Rachael and Pat welcomed our feedback and encouraged us to be vocal throughout the process to ensure we would be happy upon completion. We would highly recommend Cadence.

We had a very positive experience with Cadence Construction and Design Inc. and would definitely recommend them for other jobs. Our main floor renovation included making a very broken up floor plan into an open concept, with a 33' steel beam installation right through the middle. The kitchen was a full reno that included a 10' island with stove and range hood, new floors throughout, recessed lighting throughout, and paint and trim. The crews were always on time and very mindful of us as well, seeing as this occurred near the end of 2020 Covid was still a factor and we had parents working at home and a university student as well throughout the entirety of the project. We have been in this home for 34 years and have to say that the changes they did have changed how we live in the home now. We are enjoying the space like we never have before. Working with Cadence Construction and Design Inc was easy and we would call them again in a heartbeat.

Rachael and Patrick did a great job on my large basement. They were very helpful in picking out materials, very flexible when some changes to design came along and organized. I could always easily get a hold of them through the wholeproject. I highly recommend them to anyone. Their crew were punctual , trustworthy, and friendly. They will soon be starting on my main floor and kitchen and I am excited to see the end result.

Rachael, Patrick and their team did a fantastic job on our small basement. They took the time to understand our needs and planned use for the space, and how to make it work with our budget.Patrick and the guys doing the work were a pleasure to have working in the basement. We are very happy that we chose Rachael and Patrick to work with on our basement renovation. We got everything on our wish list and then some. Rachael kept us up to date throughout the entire renovation. We knew where we stood with the budget so there were no surprises at the end.Everyone that came into our home was friendly and considerate of our space. They answered our many questions during the project. Rachael is very easy to talk to and very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. We have worked with Cadence in the past. They did a full interior reno that went extremely well. we know one of their strong suites is decks so we hired them last year to do a backyard deck this year. We had scheduled them to start April, but unfortunately the pandemic hit. However, even with everything going on, they were still able to get started as soon as restrictions were lifted. The majority of the work was done as scheduled, with only some minor delays due to supply issues with Covid. As always, Pat and Rachael were always a quick phone call or in person conversation away, and worked with us throughout the project and answered all of our questions. The final deck is the deck of our dreams, and is better than we imagined when we first started the project. We would highly recommend Cadence for any deck work.

We hired Cadence Construction and Design to renovate our unfinished basement and we couldn't be happier! When we sat down for the initial consultation with Rachael and Pat we knew right away this was the contractor for us. They left us with a good feeling of being trustworthy and honest and they didn't disappoint. Rachael did a fantastic job of taking us shopping to pick out things needed for the basement and keeping us on budget as well as conveying our vision of the basement to Pat and his team who also did an amazing job of turning that vision into reality! The work team that comes in are all super nice and friendly and very respectful of our home. They worked quickly and always made sure that everything was cleaned up each day. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Cadence to anybody and we already have our next project in the works with them which they'll be starting soon!
