Poor management, they are trying to micro manage their employees, Safety is lacking in all aspects in this lab.

Poor pay (minimum wage for working with hazardous chemicals), poor morale, bullied by superiors to produce more more more, faster faster faster and company doesn’t provide one thing above the absolute minimum required by law. 50 employees and the lunch area is one plastic yard table with 5 dirty chairs, and one child size plastic picnic table with benches. Total seating for 9 ppl. Right next to the door to the smoke pit. Miserable place.
