He is honest, very knowledgeable, patient and passionate about his work. Even with a fast turnaround, no corners were cut and the quality of the custom engagement ring was stunning and top notch. If you’re wondering why this place has such good reviews, let me tell you, they are all warranted. I consulted a few other jewellers before I found Vero Diamonds and they either tried to convince me not to get an emerald or told me a marquise cut emerald would be difficult to find. When I met with Ali, he was ready to hunt and he found the perfect stone. I cannot recommend Vero Diamonds enough! I absolutely loved working with Ali! He is NEVER pushy, always gives you full transparency and communicates very well. The whole process was such a pleasant experience.A special shout out to Constantin, Vero Diamonds’ goldsmith, for the impeccable craftsmanship on my ring. They mix their own metals and their custom rose gold is perfection. The Vero Diamonds team killed it! I’m already back for another project and I know I’m in good hands.
