Fetch! Pet Care Rochester
Heather, Jamie and Erica were wonderful with our dog Zoey. We were in Rochester for our daughter's graduation and couldn't find a pet sitter. Fetch was able to set up a dog visit/walking schedule for us that allowed us to enjoy the whole weekend participating in and celebrating our daughters graduation. I would highly recommend Fetch!

Our pets are very important to us so choosing someone to take care of them while we were gone was an important decision. There is no doubt that we made the right decision in choosing Fetch! Pet Care of Rochester. Heather and her crew were fantastic! Sending pictures of our pets and the interactive time that they gave them was wonderful. I've been in the pet business for 30 years and I know a good business when I see it. Fetch! is the best in town!

Fetch! Rochester is top notch. Heather took such great care of our elderly cat, Puddles while we were on vacation. Prior to our vacaction Heather came to our house to meet Puddles and get to know her. While we were vacationing she came to our house daily to take care of Puddles, including administerring meds and spending extra" time with her. She gave us daily updates and sent pictures. Puddles was in such great hands and becuse of this we were able to enjoy our vacation without worry. I'm so grateful for Heather and Fetch! and will be using them again in the near future."

We are very thankful for Heather Connelly’s caring and detailed help with our pets, including complex medications. The Fetch! method and app are thorough and effective. The daily messages, pictures, and map of our dog’s walk were very reassuring to us when we were away. Heather’s prompt correspondence with messages and emails were excellent, and we are grateful for her sincere care of our pets and for this very effective system.

We highly recommend Fetch! You'll never worry if your pet is thriving while you're away since communication is excellent. We receive regular updates with photos and details about what they're up to. Responsiveness couldn't be better and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to call for any pet needs. A+ Service!

It was so nice to go away and know that our babies were taken care of by people who love animals. Their app makes it easy to request services and see how the visit went with pictures and a journal entry. Heather and her team are very thorough in knowing everything about your pets to care for them properly. Definitely recommend!

Fetch! Pet Care gave me complete peace of mind. I had never used a pet sitter before, and Heather put me completely at ease. She was very interested in the details of my dog’s day. She used that information to ease mine and my dog’s anxiety. She sent me pictures, and I could see that my dog felt loved and happy. Heather was very flexible, and she provided services that passed my expectations. I would definitely call her again!

Fetch! Pet Care Rochester
Heather took my dog, Goose, while I was on an extended trip with family. She kept me updated and made me feel very comfortable leaving Goose with her. When I got home it was very evident that Goose was well taken care of and entertained. I think that Goose enjoyed her stay very much and I highly believe that she would have no problem staying with Heather again in the future!
