I love how they are opened everyday, and having a text service so that my questions are answered whenever I need. When I asked to provide prices of services I needed before treatment, the office is very open to provide a list of potential charges.

had a lot of discomfort on my one tooth that my family dentist had botched. called in the morning and they were able to fit me in in the afternoon. turns out i needed a root canal. the operation was fast, comfortable and i didn’t experience pain after a day. they fit me into a second appointment knowing that i was about to go on vacation to complete the root canal. i was attended to at exactly my appointment time both times. no delays.this dental office cares. sounds trivial but it’s hard to find. the people were kind and i had a great experience. highly recommended!

RM was referred by my dear friend for my son's ortho. Since then it became our family dentist. We have been coming here for a few years. Our whole family and my parents come here as well.We love coming here because it’s a very comfortable environment and experience. Everyone here makes sure it’s a relaxed and enjoyable experience and they do care. Kids love spending time here . This a few places my son always wanted to come voluntarily.Doctor Meng is equipped with world class knowledge and skills. She’s always updated with advanced technology and techniques.Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for any type of dental care.

Update: I did NOT say you overcharged me, I believe you followed the Fee Guide in Ontario, what I said is one of your dentists did NOT tell me before she gave me more treatments than I was told. I only figure it out when I paid at the end.Original: I used to go there for the whole year, but stopped because one of the doctors gave me overtreatment without telling me beforehand. I just realized it's her business model she knows you still have more insurance quota left. Just be aware before doing the treatment with them.

I had my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Meng, and I was very satisfied with the plan I was given, and the adjustments I made during the process were very good, and I was able to make timely adjustments according to the situation. I was so happy my teeth are soooo beautiful now. I also have my annual dental cleaning here, and everyone is very professional.

I love this dentistry so much that I recommended all my friends and family members to go there. The service was great and they always update their equipment was new technologies. Dr. Meng is a very patient and caring person. All three of my wisdom teeth were done by her. The results are great. Love this place!

I’ve recommended RM Dentistry to all my friends and family and they all love here. I’m doing my orthodontics with Dr. Meng and she’s very professional and knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied with the plan and results. All other staff here are friendly, patient and caring. Clean and tidy environment with excellent service!
