Mack P Training
I have been training with Mack for over 5 years and have had a very positive experience! Currently playing soccer in the BCSPL (BC Soccer Premier League), my training with Mack includes soccer-specific exercises, that include speed training, resistance training and injury prevention. The exercises Mack and I do have been extremely beneficial on the field. Since training with him, I have seen nothing but improvement in my game.

I have been training with Mack for over 5 years. He is an excellent personal trainer and has had me meet and exceed any goals that he sets for me! Our two sessions a week have been challenging, but always achievable.He makes an hour go by quickly with such a nice approach through his encouragement and expertise. I suffered a bad arm injury 2 years ago, which required surgery. He worked closely with my physio and helped me return to full strength in that arm.Mack is very informed on fitness, sets realistic goals for his clients, and always has me perform safe and effective exercises in my pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.

Mack is the best fitness trainer we have ever worked with. He has played a very important role in keeping us accountable to our fitness and health goals for over 10 years. As a seasoned fitness trainer he provides unique and individualized workout plans for both myself and my wife Cathy. The flexibility of training in our home gym is important to us and Mack is always on time for our twice a week sessions. Mack has helped us recover from medical conditions and worked with our health professionals to incorporate specific exercises into our programs.As a professional fitness trainer he invests in his ongoing education and is constantly sharing new approaches that have improved our performance. Mack’s passionate, patient and inspiring approach makes the gym time enjoyable. We are healthier individuals and are grateful to have him as our coach.

Mack has been an instrumental part of our family's health and fitness endeavours since 2015. We are proud to say we have worked with him from day one when he launched his personal training services.Amanda and I both have very busy careers, and the convenience that Mack's at-home training provides is paramount for us. He is always on time and brings well prepared programming that has the right blend of hard work and accountability while still keeping the sessions fun.Mack stays current on new training techniques and methodologies. Over the years, he has incorporated strength training, Olympic lifting, cardiovascular training and mobility work into our sessions. Our children - now teenagers - have also trained with Mack for the past several years. Both kids play high level soccer, and Mack's own athletic background as a competitive soccer player allows him to build workouts that have helped them immensely with their on-field performances.Mack is the consummate fitness professional, and our family is very lucky to have the opportunity to work with him. Mack is a professional coach. My son has hyper mobility and play soccer which require high fitness and smart technique in running with his condition. In less than six months Mack was able to bring my son in shape and is back to soccer.

Mack P Training
I have had the honour of having Mack P train me a handful of times. I have been active my whole life in the gym and in sports and I have had the opportunity to be trained by various trainers, a lot of them being at a very high level. I can wholeheartedly say that mack stands out amongst the rest. His workouts are damn tough but very effective! He takes the time to give you his full attention, make sure your form is perfect, and pushes you to your limit. He is friendly, encouraging and welcoming to all people. Highly recommend Mack P to anyone looking for personal training. 10/10 trainer, 10/10 guy!He also has amazing shoe recommendations!!

Mack created a custom training plan for me after I told him my goals and I have to say, it is the best one I’ve had! I’ve worked with personal trainers in the past and had other custom plans, but by far his is best suited to my goals and lifestyle. I have a few different daily routines that I rotate between which really keeps things fresh so I’m not always doing the same things each day. Each daily plan has a focus area, but Mack also managed to work in a few movements for each muscle in the body, to really make sure I get a good workout each time. I have played sports at a high level my whole life so I do have basic knowledge of what goes into a 360 training plan. Mack’s plans will not only make you stronger, but also improve overall performance, i.e balance, movement, control & agility. I would definitely recommend Mack as a trainer!

Mack P Training
When I first started training with Mack I had no fitness goals in mind except to be motivated. A year later, I found myself participating in Tough Mudder and training for marathons. Mack has not only motivated me, but has given me the confidence and strength to reach all my fitness goals!
