Great clinic, super understanding of my needs. Staff and practitioners are so friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

Our family has been fortunate enough to work w several on the therapeutic team over the years. Each therapist and psychiatrist has been professional, supportive and has helped immensely. The office would not run as smoothly without Lynn at the front. She is courteous, personable and goes the extra mile to ensure appointments are booked promptly and that clients feel well taken care of. Highly recommend.

They cancelled my appointment as I hadn't confirmed it, however, never asked for my appointment to be cancelled. I work full-time and go to school full-time so am pretty inaccessible during regular business hours. I serve so had to take the day off work for this. No apology or remorse over the incident, only a justification of why it was cancelled. Not even a hint at an apology. Needless to say, really annoyed at the lack their of consideration or validation of my frustrations. I'll save this for the shrink though. Currently rescheduled two months from now. Hoping too o change my opinion and this review but an annoyed over the way this was handled.

I am super disappointed with the appointment that we waited 6 months for. My son has been experiencing anxiety and depression for years with medication being managed by a family doctor who recently referred us to the clinic for help. The psychiatrist asked all about my son’s history and took a lot of notes then asked what he could help us with. I told him that I was hoping to get some tools for my son to help manage his anxiety and depression as well as things I should look out for or be concerned about as his anxieties have changed over the years. I also wanted input on his medication and if it is the correct dose. He said he could only address the medication and that my son’s does was low so he could increase it. The rest of what I wanted to know needed to be addressed by a counsellor..... but he did not give me any guidance on what to do next.... he didn’t even offer advice on who would be a good counsellor to see to address my son’s problems or even give me a name of someone who specializes in helping children. I thought the clinic specialized in helping children??? But all I left with was an increase in the same medication my son was already taking.

Whoever responds to their emails is extremely rude and aloof. They don't even answer their phone so there's no way to bypass this person. Terrible bedside manner, and in a profession where you'd expect much better.

Not sure about the other reviews on here, but i have to say DR.Naidoo is the best doctor our family has ever used. She treats both of my sons with ASD and she is caring, intelligent and helpful. She has helped our family on her own time on many occasions and genuinely seems to care. Couldnt recommend a better doctor.

All of our children are patients at Three Story, and the doctors and MOA have been absolutely amazing. These were the first doctors to listen to what the kids had to say, and they payed attention to what the kids weren't saying, as well. They didn't brush the kids off as being ill-behaved, which has happened in the past, but worked to find out what was actually going on and to support them in the ways that worked *for the kids*.Lynn, the MOA, is fabulous. I was bothered at first that the phone line isn't answered, but in two and a half years I don't think I've waited more than five minutes for a response to my emails during business hours. She's friendly and cheerful, is quick to help, and can decipher my awkwardly-worded emails no problem. She's miles above a lot of MOAs that I've encountered, and we so appreciate her effort.

Wonderful clinic. Dr. Greenaway has created such a beautiful and safe space for all of the young people and their families that walk through her doors. I feel so fortunate to be a patient there. Also Lynn (the MOA), is awesome!
