Budget Car Rental

There were no clear directions about the return address, office is located in one building connected internally with a hotel, parking exit doesn’t have a street number. Representative asked if we googled it instead of providing the details. This is located in a crowd area so difficult to park for directions. Not recommended for tourists.

Of all the places I can rent cars in Montreal, I'll always chose Budget for all my car rentals. They have cars that are almost always new, very well maintained and cleaned. Wissam, the person working the budget centre there is just so sweet and caring. For the prices you pay, I'm sold that this centre is absolutely worthy of its high rating.

Recogida en el centro en el hotel H10. Se entra por el lobby mismo. El que nos atendió SUPER amable. Llegamos con antelación y sin azorarse nos lavo y aspiro el coche allí mismo.Un 10 como servicio.Merece la pena moverse en uber por Montreal y coger el coche el último día antes de irse de ruta

Amazing service! Rapide and reassuring!

Run don't walk from these bums. They refused to honor a price quoted on line to my daughter and when I asked what their new price was, it was over 5 times higher than the original quote. And I didn't have many options because it was just before Christmas and I wanted my daughter. I was able to get another car at about half the price, but it took my a while because of the holiday coming up.I rent from Budget on business but only as a last resort. They have lost thousands of dollars, but customer service does not seem to be important to them.These bums are a rip off and I would stay way away from them! I wouldn't want them to do to you what they did to my daughter!

Nous avions réservé un véhicule plusieurs jours avant de venir la chercher et en arrivant on nous annonce qu'il n'y a actuellement pas de véhicule avant 30-45 minutes. Nous signons le contrat correspondant à notre réservation. Une fois le véhicule arrive, le commis nous fait remplir un nouveau contrat sans nous prévenir des modifications apportées dont une augmentation de 5% du prix véhicule.De plus, le bureau de location est sordide, il fait excessivement chaud, le local est vraiment petit et il n'y a pas de chaises.Je déconseille de faire appel à leurs services. A la place, allez a enterprise sur Mont-Royal.
