My first time meeting Master K was in a referee seminar. Master K continues to learn and perfect his skills and teaching to ensure his students get the best teaching he can provide. Master K teaches as young as 3 year old all the way to National team members level. Master K will always get super excited when he shares about his latest teaching equipments and teaching methods.If you watch a class, you can see the passion and the leadership quality of his student.If you want a master that cares about your kids and your child to grow into a responsible and caring leader, then I highly recommend Kicknation Taekwondo

Kick Nation Taekwondo has been an incredible experience for my child, and I highly recommend this club to anyone looking for a great martial arts program!The Master Khamsouk and the other instructors are outstanding. They possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Taekwondo, and their passion for teaching is evident in every class. They have a remarkable ability to engage and inspire the students, creating an environment where learning becomes exciting and enjoyable.My daughter has gained so much confidence since starting at the dojang and we are excited for her journey to obtaining her Black belt and beyond.

OMG this place is Amazing!!! We recently moved to Georgetown and have been looking for a family community to be part of. Covid kind of put everything on hold however we had started with Kick Nation just before the lockdown started. Master K and Kim were quick to setup online lessons to keep the kids connected and continue their training. My little guy has never done any martial arts and he loves it. They teach so much more than just the fitness, it's a whole personal development, focus, patience. I have found a connection and feel part of the community here. Kick Nation run by a family and will continue to be part of this team. I also joined their evening classes for parents Kickfit and I am joining in getting fit with my child.

Master Khamsouk, Kim and all the staff a Kick Nation are an amazing team. They provide an exceptional & family oriented learning environment. The skills, discipline and respect our son has developed is the result of the quality program Kick Nation offers. We were so fortunate to have you open your doors to us during COVID and for finding creative ways to continue to offer training throughout the various stages of the pandemic. My son and daughter (8 & 6) have been with Kick Nation since day 1. In fact, they were the very first students enrolled in Kick Nation’s before and after school program. The Kick Nation before and after school program is incredible and the fact they actually follow through with everything advertised as part of the program is refreshing. I absolutely love that all children are required to bring homework or other learning activities every day. They also have a dedicated resource available to help with homework activities while the other students are being taught. Master Khamsouk and his Program Director Kim Ho are so dedicated to their curriculum, they will frequently remind us parents if we forget to provide these materials for our kids.Master Khamsouk is very passionate when it comes to instructing Taekwondo and this passion comes out in every class he teaches no matter the level or age group. My son is also part of the High Performance team and the level of change that Master Khamsouk has made with the team in such a short period of time amazing! In fact, his class is so addictive that most parents often struggle to get their kids to leave after class because they want to do more (even after an hour’s worth of intense high performance training).Kick Nation is not only about Taekwondo, Master Khamsouk also instills the holistic virtues of martial arts into each of his students. From day 1 every student is taught the importance of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, attitude and leadership which has had a huge positive impact for both my kids – especially at home. I really like the fact that they have also created a separate Leadership program for Sr. students. The program (by invitation only) is designed to develop these students into future leaders and it provides every student with something to aspire to.Overall, I couldn’t be more excited to have my kids enrolled with Kick Nation, being instructed by Master Khamsouk and I’m proud to be part of the Kick Nation Family!

This is a wonderful gift, well beyond any Poomsae pattern and belt colour, that only a greatly caring Coach and a supportive training environment (ie. Kick Nation) could provide. Their nurturing facility is conducive to the further development of the body, mind and spirit.We Thank Master K and Kim for all the tears, sweat, and other sacrifices that they’ve made in producing such a refined culture, or rather nation, that cultivates all the virtues that we wish to bestow on our children while promoting the highest level of excellence for being a upstanding human being. A real family owed community business!Our family has been attending 8 classes a week here for almost 4 years and loved every interaction, every laugh, every discipline and mat chat" Master Khamsouk "Master K' has given.The organization and safety protocols implemented by co-owner Kim during covid have been managed with great finesse and detail to ensure the safety of the students and teachers come first. Even their ZOOM classes offered during the peak of Covid were fun and useful to keep my kids sharpe and in shape. They were quick to pick up the routine when in person classes resumed. Not to mention that Kim knows every student

My job as a parent is to teach my children to be respectful, disciplined, resourceful, caring and kind. I try to get them to practice a mindset with these principles daily and hope they do so in an environment outside our home as well. Kick Nation Taekwondo will do that for you. All the traits that I instill in my children is reinforced at this club in the most positive and inviting way. Kick Nation is more that just a place that teaches kids how to kick. It is a growth mindset that you belong to a community and you make a difference. Master Khamsouk will help your child develop confidence and teach leadership skills. Together with his partner Kim, they provide a safe place for children to be the best they can be. My son has been training with Master K for 5 years now and I can truthful say he has developed a skillset from Master K that I could never have done myself alone. Covid has been hard on everyone during the lockdowns but Master K and Kim have always found a way to connect with their students. Master K is a passionate teacher, and that passion is passed along to the kids he teaches. You know when they say it takes a village to raise a child? You want this team to be in your village! I wish there was an option to add more stars for this review. Family owned and run business and you literally feel like a part of the family the minute you walk thru the doors. The life lessons my son is learning are invaluable and the dedication that Master K and Kim have towards their students are unwavered.

Kick Nation is an incredible place for young people to learn taekwondo. Master K and program director Kim are both outstanding with the kids, and as a parent I personally have enjoyed coming to class so much, even bringing my son’s younger sister to see his training in action. Even during a pandemic, the Zoom classes allowed our son to pass two belt tests, maintain confidence and accountability, and have a positive experience that is so important during these times. The dedication of the Kick Nation family really shows the impact of good that can happen when you have wonderful teachers that are so dedicated to bringing out the best in these children. It is truly a testament to the wider impact that Master K has on his students and the community. I am so grateful for the experience my son has had over the last two years!
