TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The teller was clueless about my request. The manager, guy named Jerry, was arrogant, condescending and rude like no one I’ve met before. Usually the bank staff are very nice and welcoming to your questions and needs. It was not the case in this branch. Felt like I was bothering them by going to them with a request/question. Such a shame a few individuals bring down them name of a whole institution.

Mostly, I go to this branch ,Employees are nice ,especially Arash, who has full knowledge, and he is helpful and polite .Thanks Arash, for the information .

The staff is very welcoming and helpful, I dealt with Annie, she is wonderful she went beyond and tried to help me the maximum she could.

Had to open up a business account. The telephonic assistance (from Alberta ) was great. Although it was scheduled for local, but rescheduled an hour prior to that.Afterward 3 visits were a great mess. No one knew what they were doing. Everyone had different ideas. Another customer was upset too. Told the representative that , just cancell my account.Pathetic service , minus zero star.

Please do not get a TD bank account, if I could leave I would. They are useless in branch, especially this one and on the phone. Tangerine bank can do everything in an instance, TD make everything so difficult.Thanks TD, for the telephone code you gave me with a 24hr expiry date. It had already expired by the time I got home, 5 minutes later! Desperate not to have to go into branch again, I unfortunately will have to. Let's hope my blood pressure lasts another 45 minute in branch wait and then the frustration of a useless system.

The location is very crowded, and there are not enough tellers. Every time I have visited, I had to wait a long time to receive service.

After having been a TD customer for 11 years, I had the WORST customer service experience at this location today. I dealt with the most useless bank teller who was not only unhelpful, but was also talking down at me in the most condescending, rude manner. She sent me away to call telephone banking, only for me to find out that she could have dealt with this issue easily. I then went to a different location, and the bank teller there resolved my issue effortlessly. Even she could not explain why the other girl at this location was unable to assist me. Highly disappointed in this location. I would avoid this location at ALL costs.

We moved to this area 18 months ago. We always had fantastic service at our old branch (49th & Fraser). This branch seems like the complete opposite. We have only entered the branch about half a dozen times for our business as mostly we do things online. Service is quite slow, but any bank service can be slow, so I get that. But they don't even seem friendly. The staff in our old branch were very personable, always smiling and an extreme pleasure to visit. In addition, twice now, I have had issues where the cashiers have not done everything that was asked. Even with it written down. The first time I noticed it before I left the branch and went right back to the teller. This time, my partner went in to the branch and brought the receipt back to me. Thank goodness I checked it right away, because on Friday afternoon of a long weekend, they deposited our $6500 payment from a client into an unknown bank account! Someone else has our money in their account now!! I spent an hour on the phone only to be told that we now have to go back into the branch to have the issue resolved. AAARRRGHHH! I'm making my partner go back in because I am way too mad to handle this one.I don't know how far up the chain these issues begin. Maybe it is not a happy work place, which reflects in the way they serve their clients.

For a bank, the service is awful and slow. I have been waiting 30 min to make a transaction. Only two windows open. They are slow and not well trained.

Worse customer service. Staff does not know how to handle customers. They don't even know what they're doing.
