This is the worst company. I had a appointment booked but technician didn't show up for installation and rescheduled my appointment for the following day. No technician showed up the next day as-well. Customer service hang-up on call without giving proper answer and are extremely rude. I don't know why they have booking slot and appointment if they are not willing fulfill it. I would rate it 0 star if i could. Waste of time and lots of stress. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Update: TGS replied promptly after responding to my Google review and fixed the oven within the week. Clarification of the changes was provided and the additional charges were removed due to the confusion. I am leaving the review as a 3 star as the only way to receive high quality service should not be through posting a negative Google review. That being said, the work was completed in a timely and professional fashion after this review was posted.Original Review: Working with TGS has been absolutely atrocious. I booked with their services to repair a Samsung oven and paid the deposit for a diagnostic assessment and estimate. I then agreed to the estimate and paid. After not hearing from them for days they then increased the cost of the estimate (doubling the service fees) with no explanation. I called them to inquire as to why the estimate had changed and I received numerous but ultimately unhelpful responses. I understand it’s a call centre and the phone line operators do not interact directly with the repair services but I was told on 3 occasions that the service group would contact me. It’s been nearly 2 months since I paid the initial deposit, I have yet to hear from the service group and they email me an estimate every week requesting additional funds which have yet to be explained. I’m now down just shy of 250 with zero service completed and an inbox full of unexplained estimates to show for it. I’ve wasted more time than I care to admit speaking to members of their call center and have yet to receive a single callback from their service group. I expected more from such a large company and would not recommend their services to anyone.

This company had a repair technician come out and diag my inoperative wash machine. They came to the conclusion it needed the drum. No problem. They come to change the drum and tell my wife it doesn’t turn on and now needs a circuit board. The machine turned on fine before everything. I get home and check and the back board is physically broken by the installers and they want to go through my warranty for something they broke. 2.5 months later and still trying to resolve this. They are trying to get the install company to contact me however no response and it shouldn’t be me vs the installer as trans global sent the tech out. Trans global should be looking after me and dealing with the installer separately. I have asked to speak to someone higher. No answers. The worst customer service experience every. If I could give zero back would. Just embarrassing.Weeks have gone by after sending an email as directed and still no one has contacted. I called in and talked to someone who put me on hold for 30 mins before disconnecting my call. Just ridiculous. Never buying or servicing through them again and would advise anyone one else to do the same.

We purchased our warranty package through Leon’s furniture in Ottawa. Our warranty is through King & State who also subcontracts to Trans Global. As of today it has been two months and are washing machine is still not repaired. I would steer clear of both these warranty companies. As of now there is no confirmed date on when oue washing machine will be repaired. Absolutely horrible service!Frustrating to say the least!

I am having an extremely frustrating experience with Trans Global. It has been over two months since beginning the claim process for a broken dishwasher and it still is not fixed. Two appointments have gone by, each time the repair person did not have the proper replacement parts. I purchased the warranty from Leon's through King and State, they passed it off toTrans Global, they contract out to a fourth party. Total disaster. I would not buy a warranty again from Leon's if it involves King and State or Trans Global.

Mike the dishwasher repair technician in Ottawa came to repair my dishwasher. This was his 3rd time with parts coming to fix it. The dishwasher itself wasn't great, but Mike was. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. The product, not so much so hopefully a new dishwasher is on it's way.

Last year, our Samsung fridge started accumulating water under the crisper tray. The technician diagnosed that some parts needed to be replaced. After paying for two visits for the technician and for the expensive part replacement, the problem returned at a time when we were away. The water overflowed from the crisper tray, thus damaging our floor. The same technician returned this past Tuesday and stated that, “Oh, the valve at the back has accumulated grime and is clogged”, which left me wondering if that was the problem right from the beginning, why didn’t he check it then? He not only didn’t clean up properly before leaving, but he also didn’t open up the water line to our kitchen, which he had shut off for repairing. A very disappointing and expensive experience.

Not sure what is happening I transglobal these days, but I have been waiting for more than a month to get my fridge fixed. I waited 2 weeks for them to get back to me after making the claim online and calling Leon's to ask them to call on my behalf?When I finally got through to them they said it would be three more weeks before they could come and fix my fridge door? They used to have better service, not sure what is happening here now?

Booking the initial assessment was fast and they also charged my credit card fast. The technician arrived and spent 5 min looking at 2 of my appliances, said they would send a quote and disappeared. I expected a call but after a week I called and they said they were waiting for my call. I approved the quote and they said they call back. They never called back. Since I was already 120$ in for the quote and no action I found I have to phone them back to get any update. I am still waiting for the part and a appointment to repair my dryer which is a simple roller replacement.

Very bad service! I called them multiple times and each time they cut the call! When I requested to talk to their supervisor they would tell me to hold and then cut the call. I bought a dishwasher from brick with warranty and recently the motor broke down. I called and after 4 weeks they sent a man who just looked at it and said the motor was bad and left. He said he would order a new motor that would be here in a week. After 4 weeks of complete silent I called the Trans Global Service company and the people were extremely rude. For a big and “professional” company the service is horrible.
