Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Horrible customer service and experience. Spoke to them on the phone after making sure I pressed the right buttons to go directly to location, made a reservation for next day, and when I showed up not only did they not have any cars but they pretended no one at the location spoke to me and said it must have been the central US booking system. I recognized the girl’s voice and I have spoken to many other Enterprise offices in the same way before so I knew I was being lied to. I could forgive not having cars available but don’t appreciate being lied to and turning the table on me like the situation is my fault. I even showed them my phone with their local number and length of call

I’ve only rented enterprise for the last 4 years. With work travel coming back now I decided to go where I know best. Unfortunately this visit to this location was not a great experience. I was asked for Proof of id even though my account shows this. Then I was rushed into a vehicle that smelled like cheap perfume. I was reassured that it was the new products. Once I opened the windows on the highway I could smell cigarette smoke and dust flying through the car. They were closed and I could not go back. Providing customers with a car that is that bad was a shock. Make sure you turn on all the vents and anytime you smell strong chemicals refuse that car. Will never go back to this location. The 5% discount I was offered after I paid could not bring me back.

I went in on Monday to the terrible news that they ran out of cars to rent out. Luckily today they had some cars to rent out. The person processing my car was courteous and professional. He was aware of what to do in case of insurance issues. Service was prompt and the car that I rented was in immaculate condition. Good job!

It’s so weird just because my dad want to change the car they didn’t let him the lady who works there is soo rude she told me dad to leave the place just because he want to change the car from there place because it’s closer to him like so weird?

The representatives are kind and courteous, and shuttle service is very convenient.Car that I was given didn't have a left turn signal, and they have yet to return my security deposit. Was told it'd take 10 business days, going on over 30 now and all I get when I call is it's on the way". STILL not resolved."

Very bad service, I rented there car for 6 day they charge me 800 CAD. They dropped off far from airport and took taxi for extra money. I'm nor recommending anyone to take there car especially this location.

Worst experience ever! We booked a car on the phone and they told us to come to pick it up. We came and in the end, they had zero cars. Operations are zero & customer service is a disaster. Waste of Your time, not recommend.

Staff for the most part are nice and easy to deal with. They’re helpful and so their job. Tight location for sure and the intersection sits at an awkward location given where their entrance is located.This location’s on-hand vehicles are usually compact-full size class vehicles more often than any other class. SUV’s either mid or full size are hard to come by and anything bigger you won’t find.In agreement to some other reviewers, at times, you may book a vehicle and when you arrive you’ll be told there’s nothing available in that class. Although that is probably more of a flaw in the booking system. Then again, I don’t work there so I can’t be sure. It could be first come first serve.Still worth the trip if you need a vehicle or a call at-least.

I wish I could get them a zero mark. I made a reservation through phone line to pick up a car there at 12:30 PM, and it is guaranteed. However, they called me I am in the waiting list, the car I reserved I not available. I called several other branches of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ottawa, and made a few reservations, same things happened again. Very upset about their reservation service.
