We have a great experience with the apartment. The management team is always helpful. The amenities are easy to access. The children's play area is very good. The units are very spacious and have good storage facilities. The building is always kept clean and maintained well. We can have a nice view of the city from the window and the balcony. There are plenty of walking trails filled with tall trees in the neighborhood. The public transportation, good schools, large community center, shopping malls and grocery stores are all close by. We are staying here for more than eight years. Overall it is a safe and a happy place.

We moved to this building last month. We were able to lease it based off a video call and everything was spot on when we arrived here. Big shout out to the team behind the scene that makes it so seamless and runs the show i.e. Edna, Sue, Edgar, Eric and Carlos who did a great job with our unit. The team is always smiling and happy to help when you go to them with a query. The website and mobile app of QuadReal is easy to use and very helpful. We are looking forward to enjoy all the amenities that are currently under renovation.

I currently live in this building and so far i dont have any major problems. The only issues is the water outage due to renovations. However, management are very consistent with information dissemination. Admins are very friendly and accommodating.

On the first day of our residency I found the place in a friendly atmosphere, almost orderly in every premises, and the clean surroundings captured my eyes. But what impresses me are the office staffs with their kindness & courtesy to help in so many ways. And most importantly the maintenance department who’s always there to assist outright in our problems & complaints. It’s a noteworthy why I admired this place. Henceforth there’s a consistent problems when it comes to the balconies that the management are aware of! I knew there are memos sent in every units & hopefully that will be gradually resolved.

The management and team go above and beyond to get things done. I am truly grateful to the team to take care of issues regarding maintenance etc in time. The building has friendly neighbours mostly families. Only thing i am waiting eagerly is the new entrance of the building.
