I contacted Setup Team through Home Stars on Saturday to get a quote to mount a 50 TV and two TV shelves. Alex (the owner) responded quickly and provided a reasonable quote and advised that a technician could be out the very next day at a time of my choosing. On Sunday Andrew showed up promptly. This review is to call out the integrity of Setup Team. I received delivery of a new Sony OLED TV and found that it didn’t fit the stand where our previous TV had been mounted. I thought I needed to engage a professional to mount the new TV on the wall. The gentleman I spoke with explained that the legs on the TV could be moved, which I was able to do thus avoiding an unnecessary wall mount. The other reviews here attest to Setup Team’s technical abilities and that’s what led me to call them. I was well impressed by their honesty and integrity. Thank you!

Mounted my TV the next day after calling. Installer Andrew was very patient with us, answered all our questions and walked us through what he was doing every step of the way. It was my family's first time mounting a TV in our condo. Absolutely recommend.

We needed help someone to install and set up our frame TV. I am extremely happy I contacted Setup Team. They sent Andrew the same day I called and he took care of everything. He was extremely patient and gave a tutorial on how to work the TV. He had thoughtful answers to all my questions and stayed until I was comfortable to use it on my own.
