Kids loved the extreme course. The staff are amazing too!!!

What a great experience!! We arrived with a group of 9 and got started quickly. The course progressively increases in difficulty. Extreme is such a work out! The staff was very friendly and the location is beautiful. We will definitely be returning with more friends and family. Thanks again. Bring water and snacks for when you're done

This was our second time coming to okanagan adventure park and we were very disappointed with the service.My family and I went to this park Aug 21 around 3:30 pm. I was greeted and was told that all 6 of us would be able to go through the classic course and that it should take about an hour and a half. We started the course right before 4 pm and all was well but then after the second level, the worker that was supervising us told us that we had to finish up because all the workers were leaving. At this point it wasn’t even 5 pm yet and on the website it states they are open until 6 pm. We asked the worker why we had to finish when we haven’t completed the third course and he told us it was because the all the workers were leaving at 5 pm. Clearly there were staffing issues that weren’t dealt with but we paid full price for the classic course which specifically states on their website that it is a 3 level activity and we have only completed 2 levels. As we were walking back, thankfully the worker was able to get overtime approved and was able to supervise us for the last level. We were grateful to have finished all 3 levels however upon returning our harnesses to the front desk, the female and male worker acted as if they were annoyed with us and it overall ruined our experience. We are very unhappy that we paid that money and came all that way only to be rushed and treated this way. This establishment needs to deal with their staffing issues and customer service. Regardless, we will not be coming back.

Just when you think you are athletic, you try the extreme course and it kicks your butt. I'd suggest getting there early to avoid having to wait for a guide to become available. Everyone was great to us. Would like to thank Maggie for her hospitality and Jenna for being a great guide.

Had an amazing zip line tour through the treetop platforms with super friendly guide. There were around 9-10 zip lines. The lone heat being over 200 meters. The tour took around 1 hr. Lots of fun. Highly recommended.

The park seemed like it could be fun. We went for the zip line course- the website said no need to call to book because they are fully staffed. When we got there it was an hour and a half wait to zip line so we opted for the other course. The instruction was not good, the person working at the course wasn’t tolerant of people needing to learn. Also little safety equipment (no helmets or gloves). Little to no staff most of our time. They should be recommending reservations.

Awesome adventure park with many options for everyone including an aerial adventure course, 7 zip lines, giant swing, 40ft drop, camping and gift shop.

Super fun course - it builds up from moderately easy to very challenging (do the combo package that includes extreme). Great ropes system that felt really safe. Guide was great too.
