Budget Car Rental

J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience. Sachant que je n'étais pas du coin, le commis n'a pas daigné me renseigner davantage sur les marches à suivre, alors j'ai instinctivement fait comme avec Uhaul. Le réservoir était rempli à moins de la moitié, alors j'ai payé pour le remplir. En arrivant à destination, on m'a chargé 100$ parce que ce n'était pas plein, mais il était plus qu'au 3 quarts. Très insultant d'avoir un réservoir vide, de le remplir et payer pour les autres.Mauvais services au bureau et au téléphone.

Make sure to check you contract closely before signing anything at this location. I made a reservation online and the base rate was listed as $287.54 but when they printed out the contract it was increased to $469.99 with no explanation/notice at the time. The representative didn’t say anything about the increase to the base rate and when I called Budget afterward to note the discrepancy, they stated that a parameter of the reservation had changed because the supplemental protection was added. So essentially they increased the cost of the rental by nearly $200 because I agreed to pay them an additional $330 for the supplemental insurance (resulting in a $500 increase in charges for the rental). Definitely make sure to take the time to read everything closely and challenge it before picking up the reservation for you don’t end up with the same costly lesson.

Rented a car in Granada. Cost $740 for 3 days. Quoted $259. No receipt. They waited until we left the country and then gave the runaround until we gave up. Nice work! I am putting this up on all social networks. And as soon as I get names I’ll start posting those too. It would be nice if you go out of business.

Budget car rentals is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company or location to anyone.I rented a car early July 2018. The day after I returned the car, I realized I had left my bluetooth speaker in the vehicle (valued at $250). When contacting Budget regarding the speaker, they were less than helpful. They advised me that the vehicle had already been cleaned" and nothing could be done as no items were "turned in". It is evident that one of Budget's employees stole the speaker and thus they were unwilling to address the situation properly."

WATCH OUT!!! BIG SCAM! Was immediately charged the wrong amount when picking up the rental... My online reservation was for $170, I was charged $278. They updated the contract to state the correct amount, but never refunded the difference, stating that it is just a hold and won't be charged until returning the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, my card was charged over $600!! Have been contacting this location and customer service for a month now and finally received a response by phone from Budget North America Escalation - only to receive a final response email referring me that they can't help and I need to contact the counter at Jasper! Will be reporting this company and be disputing the charge elsewhere, hope no one else gets scammed like this by them!!

Their phone number is currently not in service and when I walked to the station there was no one at the counter. Instead, another number to call and was informed that you can't rent a vehicle for one-way trips from them.

System is down so they locked the doors and refused to answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Dire need situation and they won't help because of technical issues

Great service, staff is fast and efficient. Convenient location close to the train station.
