SPINCO is exactly what the Charlottetown fitness scene needed - the workout is high intensity, but everything can be done at your own pace so there is nothing to fear!I purchased a 5 class pass & found with each time, all team members were extremely kind & welcoming. Starting up at a new gym can be intimidating but upon check-in the team explained everything I needed to know.If you’re even a little curious, encourage you to try it! You won’t regret it!

First time doing spin and it was an incredible workout! Shout out to Emily for being so inspiring and kicking my butt! I recommend Emily’s class and the whole spin community. So inclusive, helpful, and fun. Definitely not a casual workout, but in the best way!
