Does anyone even work here? Waited almost 40 mins because the atm wouldn't recognize a check and had to deposit manually. My financial advisor at this branch won't return emails either. Terrible. Gonna move my money.

This branch is an absolute shiiitshow. Think you can get in an out for a quick transaction? Think again, you'll need to plan a half day off if you need to go in branch. Think you'll just use the ATM here? Think again, its broken, can't read cards properly, doesn't dispense cash properly. Avoid this location at all costs. This is a multi-visit review, not a one off.

This is the worst bank I've ever been to! I booked an appointment with an advisor! The adviser knew nothing! I asked him a question and he literally googled it and let me to read it by myself! He made mistake in opening an account and wasted my next hour to stay to unlock the account as it got locked when a teller tried to log me in by online banking! I gave up on half of my tasks that day to do it with another advisor in another branch! Such a disappointment for RBC!

RBC was such a wonderful bank when I opened an account about 20 years ago. I am now shocked at how far behind other banks it has become in terms of technology, customer service, and knowledgable employees. Apathy was what I found.I had only recently acquired a virtual visa debit within the past year. I trusted my bank.While in hospital for a month, my bank account was hacked via that virtual visa debit". I Immediately cancelled it. This sudden loss of my resources put me in a very dangerous position. The charges kept coming. Cthelpme

the worst rbc branch in the city of toronto. absolutely disrespectful and unintelligent reps that work there. and please take my word ive been banking with them and is my branch for a couple years. there has been nothing but unprofessionalism and rudeness and weak service. pathetic

I went this branch to collect my card today. The teller was so rude and racist to ask me which language do I speak going by my ethnicity. I didn't notice the name of the teller but she was speaking with a Russian or east european accent. Overall a humiliating experience. Wish there is an official platform to complain.

Told I didn’t need an appointment for a transaction. Then when I arrived, I was told that I did and they had no more appointments for the day. Completely wasted my time.Bank representative I spoke with was fairly non apologetic and just suggested I come back in a few days. Told her as a new customer, this was a bad first impression. She rebuffed that I shouldn’t be upset as it was just a mistake that ONLY cost my time. Uh huh… noted. I like banks that don’t make mistakes or waste my time. Guess RBC is not for me. Good job losing my business.

The worst experience ever in my life with bank.The staff aren’t trained well at all especially the branch manager.Two employees told me to different instructions to cash my cheque which is both were wrong and when I complained to the manager she blindly supported the employee without even understanding what kind of mistake they have done.NO WONDER THIS BRANCH GOT 2 STARS.

Not a good experience, they will leave customers waiting for a very long time after 5:00 p.m. it appears. I have been here through other times and they do not that you wait so long, I will leave this to let you know that if you come here after that time you need to allow yourself a required amount of time to accommodate the lack of customer service.
