Excellent customer service! The storage is great too. But to he honest, what won me over was the customer service. The store manager, Regina goes above and beyond to make things as easy for everyone as possible. She even agreed to stay back longer to accommodate someone who could not get there before closing. There are not many people like that these days. Just seeing the service that was provided, makes we sure that we have chosen the best place. Thank you for everything.

Excellent customer service. I walked in to the store and reserved a outdoor parking and paid the amount. Suddenly my apartment said they will arrange a temporary parking in visitor parking for few days until I get my actual parking.I was glad they refunded my full amount for storage on the same day.

I had a great experience and would recommend Access Storage to my entourage. It’s an easy and fast procedure. I got it with my friend and the receptionist explained everything to us in detail. Even though we had chose a unit prior to coming in, after seeing our belongings she recommended a smaller unit as we didn’t need as much space. We were happy about that because she covered all her grounds while giving us the best possible option for us. The prices are very reasonable! I know that we’ll get Access Storage’s service again in the future and would recommend everyone to do the same if they’re in need of a storage. Thank you again Access Storage.

This was my very first time getting a storage unit I had an amazing experience for with Access Storage Metropolitan Road. Regina was incredibly cooperative and extremely helpful throughout my process, from getting the storage unit, selecting the right unit for me, the numerous doubts and questions I had to finally ending my term. Thank you for the incredible customer experience.

We are a charitable organization needing a long-term storage rental and were accepted for a discounted unit at this location. We moved in this past weekend on Sunday when the store was not open. We met with Regina on the Friday before where she was so patient and clear, taking the time to explain all the details on the contracts and took the time to bring us to the unit. We didn't feel rushed. She also provided suggestions in terms of locks, testing our code, etc. that helped our move-in go smoothly. We appreciate everything that Access Storage has done for us and look forward to this partnership for years to come.
