At first everything was going well, Craig would get back to my husband and I regarding any questions we had about re-newing our mortgage. Once everything was done and a few month's had passed we received a notice that our property taxes were late. No big deal we went and paid right away but they were supposed to be inclueded with our mortgage payment. Since September 2022 we have been trying to contact him multiple times via phone (voicemails), and email. I was able to reach him once on my number and he said he would call my husband in a day or two and we never heard back. We to this day have not heard from Craig. This is by far the most unprofessional mortgage experiece we have ever had. We will not he using him again.

Craig made the process of getting a mortgage simple. He explained everything we needed and what options were available to us. He was always quick at getting back to any questions we had and prepared us well for all the additional costs that come with buying a home (lawyers, land transfer fee, etc.).
