Miss Sandra has created a beautiful yoga studio for kids of all ages to enjoy. Such a much needed space for our children especially during these challenging times. From the moment you walk in, you instantly feel a wave of calmness wash over you; from the beautiful waterfall to the rustic features and calming colours on the walls.

Whatever I say will not do this place justice.. out experience with my daughters bday was fantastic. We added the puppies on the yoga suspension session package and it was out of this world. Sandra was great to communicate with ahead of the bday and everything was as promised the day of the bday.My daughter and all her friends couldn’t stop talking about this place for weeks.Highly recommend!

We had our daughter's 6th birthday party at Yoga-Tastic 4 kids, and all the kids had such a great time, and can't wait to go back! From start to finish, Sandra was professional, organized, and engaging with the kids! Studio is clean, and have great Covid protocols in place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a birthday party.

A wonderful place! My daughter loves the place and the teachers. She really loves the yoga suspension and the mindfulness courses makes a lot of difference in her life. It is good for the body and mind.

We hosted my daughters birthday party here last weekend and it was an excellent experience! They made everything so easy on me (as host parent), kids LOVED the suspension yoga and craft, and I felt like the focus on growth mindset and positive affirmations was wonderful! More than one kid said it was “the best birthday ever”! Highly recommend!

My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves this studio. They put on amazing special events that are wonderful for the kids. The birthday parties are a great new unique experience and the kids have so much fun.

Miss Sandra and Mr. Rich always welcomed my daughter with a big smile. My daughter loves this type of yoga and always looks forward for the next class. Miss Sandra is so patient and so kind with everyone in the class and her comments always cheered my daughter up. Thank you so much. It was a great idea enrolling her this fall.

We had our daughter's 9th birthday here today. Sandra and Rich are incredible: kind, caring, so amazing with kids and just natural teachers. The kids had an absolutely amazing time trying aerial yoga and doing an incredible mindfulness craft and they learned so much and had an absolute blast. This is an incredibly special studio. Their love for children, growth mindset, mindfulness and yoga is 100% evident.
