Employee named * Edessa * in Customer service (dealing with my returns+adding warranty to my Bose system) was Absolutely Awesome! I came in Late (almost closing) and she did her absolute best to make sure I was happy and got everything done for me. Super pleasant and Friendly, I could of mistaken her as the Owner of Bestbuy!- Bestbuy should make her manager and give her credit as I'm a frequent buyer, not that many employees care as much as she does.Thank you Edessa for being awesome!

Today April 22 2023, I went to Best Buy (Woodbridge location, Highway 7 and Weston) to return, for the second time, a coffee machine.The first time I returned the very first machine I bought because it gave me problems after 2 years, to be honest, they give me the money back into a “gift card” to be spent only at Best Buy stores. Because of that I bought a different coffe machine, so again didn’t work after 5 months of usage so I tried to returned it again, forcing me to re-spend the money at Best Buy because of the gift card. So to be short, I bought the first coffee machine with MY OWN money, and now I’ve found my self forced to be re spend money at best guy, AGAIN.I lost money of the warranty for two times, because that’s their “policy”.I spoke to the manager of that location TAYLOR, and with other two people Julia and Bardia, but they were all passing the ball to each other. It was a very bad experience, so be careful when you buy, you will never ever get the money back into your bank account, but only on a gift card to spend with them. A loop you can’t get out.

Today I bought a pair of Apple headphones at best buy, but when I took them home and opened them to use, only one of them worked,I tried many times and found that it really didn't work, so I had to go back and return it, but when I came here to explain my situation, they told me that I couldn't return it, they could only exchange it or give me a gift card, and the reason I couldn't return it was because I had already opened it,Honestly this kind of reason really makes me feel bad, I bought it, how can I use it if I don't open it? Besides, how do I know it's broken before I open it, it's not my problem at all, they sold me a bad product, it's not my responsibility,Finally I had to compromise and choose to change because I had wasted too much time. I hope this rule can be changed

Stay away from this store. Absolutely avoid ordering anything into this store.Very low quality experience. I have never written a review in my entire life, but I guess this will be the first.Went into the store in Vaughan almost a week and a half ago to purchase a laptop. Many of the products they sell, you cannot purchase from the store because they physically don’t have any. To me that was a red flag, to be told I have to pay hundreds of dollars for a product I can’t take home, nor even is in the store. However, I was reassured many times that I would no doubt be emailed or would receive a call to let me know the product is in the store ready for pick up, that it should only take a few days.To this day, I never got any calls, emails, or tracking number to tell me the items was in the store. All of a sudden I started getting emails to review the product I never received, which evidently meant the product had to be sitting in the store for days and they would have never called me. When I decided enough was enough and went into the store, they told me it had been sitting in the store for 9 days already. I was not rude or demanding at all, I simply asked why it was sitting there for over a week w no call or emails to pick it up, no one cared or had any explanations.The fact customers are forced to pay for a product that cannot be taken home and is not in the store, to then never bothering to call/email the customer to let them know the item is ready for pick up, evidently shows you the low quality of customer service here.It’s hilarious that the store seems to not understand that when a shipment comes in, employees are supposed to do inventory and call the customers to let them know it’s ready for pick up. Not the other way around: No customer should have to go to the store constantly asking if the product is ready yet or not. Right in that moment it became indisputable that they make customers pay first because they don’t care at all if you actually physically receive the product.

I purchased 4 Sony TV's and warranty in March 2019, One of the TV's died, no power, one month after warranty ended. You would think that since we spent so much money and bought 4 TV's that Best Buy would help us out with this repair, since it happened only one month after the warranty expired. I was not aware that the warranty expired, nor did I get any notices. They won't help us and Sony's repairs will be so expensive that its not worth fixing. This is a Sony Bravia television 65

One of the worst stores to shop at! I purchased a tv back in October and my expected delivery date was in February. It is now March and we keep getting told the delivery is rescheduled. I don't understand what sick joke is being played but I still have no received anything. I keep getting told they will send us an email or someone will call us - no call no email!! Ontop of that when I called to get an update for a delivery time they told me its en route and should be delivered in 15 minutes. One hour later I called and asked for another update and they once again told me the delivery is canceled! They took my money, I have no TV and no answers. Never every will I shop at Best Buy again. Manager at this location should NOT be working in customer service. Unbelievable! Called HO they don't care either. 1 star is too many for this location. Manager - sloppy appearance, tried to be the tough guy in front of his staff. I was embarrassed for him. The thousands of dollars my company and I spent at Best Buy in the past...No more. Head Office is just as bad as the manager. Oh well their loss not mine!

I’ve never had issues with Best Buy or BestBuy online until I moved into the area and starting dealing with this location. 3/4 orders I’ve had issues with - whether that’s delivering items to the wrong address, defective TVs or changing my delivery date without notice (why give the option to select a delivery date when it’s not available?) and not being able to accommodate for my work hours.I had to repeatedly spend HOURS on the phone AND in-store to resolve these issues. I will no longer be purchasing anything from this store.Save yourself a headache - go to Canadian Tire!

This by far is the worst Best Buy location! I will never enter that store again. Obviously managers are completely incompetent as I have requested a call from the store through their call centre 3 times and they just don't care. Not sure how a business like this can even exist. They charged me twice for the same product and imagine they don't even try to contact me. The next call will be to my lawyer, this store is a joke! STAY AWAYAll you people do is send the same response to everybody which is even more annoying as it is impossible to receive a response from your company. We have contacted our attorney and I'm sure now we will receive a response. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
