I went in to simply purchase a phone.... refused to sell me a phone unless i gave them my social insurance number .... very sketchy !!!!! Never had people in a business treat you like your presence was nothing more then an annoyance to them.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Only 2 customers allowed in at once due to covid and much of it is cordoned off with pylons and tape but it doesn't affect much in way of you getting what you need. I'm quite happy with the service I received, thanks ladies!

Worst ever. I keep having my WiFi go out. At least twice a day I have to restart my internet. Not worth the hundred dollars a month. I think I'm going to try Telus

Everywhere that it is posted says that the store closes at 5pm but it really closes around 4:30pm and there is no such thing as enough time to sell a phone at the end of the day even if they wouldn't end up staying longer than the process would take before the store closes because they clearly want to be home by 5pm and do not care about their job.

Would not help me after my glass screen protector broke after a week of having it and I haven't dropped it or anything I was so cautious and they took the the screen protector off too look at it and cracked It all the way down it was the corner only when I went it and they still wouldn't replace it... I paid $40 for a screen protector because it was a otter box which are made to last this shouldn't be happening... wouldn't even offer me a plastic screen protector to replace this one what a joke this place is I suggest you get your phones with a different company.. not very pleased...also they were just rude to me the whole time..

Big rig parking. Got my radio problem fixed right away. A bit pricey though. Didn't look at the cell side of things.

Had to get a new phone, staff helped me out. Had to get phone replaced under warranty and the staff set it all up.
