We used Bill Butler for our taxes this year. Him and the entire team went above and beyond for us. 4 weeks after completing the taxes, he’s still responding to questions I have. So grateful to have found people who are easy to communicate with and very organized about that communication. Thanks for making this part of the year easy for us!

Overall quite pleased with the service I received from both the accountant (Bill) & the receptionist (Julie). They spent the time listening to all my questions & answered most of them satisfactorily. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is they appeared to have made a data-entry error which resulted in an adjustment sent to the CRA - which they did promptly correct when I noticed the error. Mistakes happen.
