Roger's Shoe Repair

I bought 2 pairs of mules very cheap at Forever 21, back in November while shopping with Joseph. They had skinny kitten heels but they were nice and wide for my wide feet. I barely ever am able to buy off the rack when it comes to fashion footwear. Between bad knees, bad back, bad ankles and plantar fasciitis, I have some high maintenance foot issues. So when I found an inexpensive low heel that fit my wide feet I snapped them up. Plus, they had a very 18th century feel to them, which I love. Anyhow, I bought them with the intention of taking them to Roger's shoe Repairs to have the heel changed out into a French Heel. I knew this would be an inexpensive request and that Roger is the best. I finally took them in and he did an amazing job. He said it took him 4 days and he made me custom heels out of stacked leather! He didn't even charge me more than he had originally quoted me! They look and feel great. I can't recommend him enough. We always go to him in film and theatre to have shoe repairs done. He also does custom made shoes! He is located under the Fairmont. Now I have my wedding shoes! I am so pleased.

Best shoe service I've encountered in Winnipeg. Excellent service, very reasonable prices. I've often brought shoes to him on a whim, expecting the fix not to be worthwhile, but he does it, does it well, does it quick, and does it affordably.

I walked into Roger's store wearing a pair of shoes with one badly damaged heel. 25 minutes later I walked out wearing those same shoes with the heel completely rebuilt, and the other shoe serviced to match. He knew I was from out of town, but with friendly competence, made it a priority to help me. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was too. Exceptional!

Roger was very honest and upfront about his abilities and the pricing. He was very kind and polite, and offered super quick service of very good quality! I will definitely think of him first when I have other shoes needing repair!

Roger is very friendly and knowledgeable, having 45 years experience. Prices are very reasonable, his work is superb. I'll definitely come back for all future shoes repairs!
