I requested a move-in clean so I can move into my new apartment without worrying about any dust or dirt. The cleaning was clearly sloppy and very bad. The two stars are for the bathroom cleaning, it was the only thing that was cleaned well. I was promised to have the inside and outside of my fridge cleaned, the floors to be vacuumed, clean the inside/outside of cupboards and drawers, and many other services, yet all of those mentioned above were not clean at all. Very disappointed and my move-in date has been postponed due to the poor efforts made to clean my new apartment.

I usually do my own cleaning but I like to have someone come into my home from Custom Maids a few times a year to help clean things which perhaps I've overlooked. I have always been pleased with the job done by any of their staff. The cleaners always arrive on time, follow my directions well, make suggestions when necessary and they have always been careful (I have a lot of fragile items standing around). I can highly recommend Custom Maids and will continue to use them periodically to enhance the cleanliness of my home.

Venicia took charge the moment she entered the house and went far beyond our expectations. The kitchen where we cook every day looks like it has never been used! Everything shine like if it was new. My mother was coming home from the hospital, and I really wanted to provide a clean environment in which she could heal. I'm sure people have experienced the stress of illness in the family. It's nerve-wrecking! Well, this business responded immediately, reassuring me that they would do everything possible to ensure a safe and professional cleaning. Lo and behold, four hours later, our apartment was sparkling, with not a dust bunny in sight! I even looked in hard-to-reach places. Everything felt clean, fresh, airy. The service was truly professional, and provided the comfortable, safe, and happy home we were after to provide mom a quick and painless recovery.

I needed my place cleaned in a hurry because I had unexpected company coming over the next day. I heard back from Custom Maids to schedule a cleaning within the hour of putting in my request and the next day my entire apartment, which - I’m not proud to say - looked like a bomb had gone off, was totally transformed. Svetlana worked some serious magic because for the first time I can remember, the place sparkled. I’m really impressed. In fact, blown away. I wish I’d known about them years ago. Highly recommend!!

We had Oksana clean our apartment today and were very pleased with the results. She was pleasant and professional. She went above and beyond to make our home sparkling clean.We expect our sinks and faucets to shine without water spots.This was done to our satisfaction.We will have her back in 2 weeks.
