One word : GROSSYucky laundromat, and disgusting washroom facilities. Whomever runs this place needs to actually start taking care of it instead of just collecting all the coins at the end of the day!

For the first time I went to Lee's laundromat and used the industrial washing machine. It was absolutely filthy with hair and other dirt . The tops of the washing machines were not just dusty but dirty from not being cleaned for some time. Recycle bags full and just sitting the corner . Floors, tables and chairs disgustingly dirty and hair all over them . Floors had old, dirty coffee stains. And again not new coffee stains but had been there for some time. For those of you that understand the difference between messy and not cleaned regularly. You will understand the meaning of filthy.

Cheap service...no owner contact. Money mostly stuck in machines which is never returned. Basically stealing money from peoples pockets.

No frills. Take your change with you. Budget friendly but gets the job done with lots of cost efficient machines. A few large capacity washing machines at this location. Clean and tidy.

The machines steal my money.The bathroom most times out of toilet paper. There's no soap to wash hands. I sometimes put soap there.The good news is I can put my extra quarters always for extra wash and extra rinse and if I have large items I can use the bigger machine but inside it's the same size as the little ones except it uses more water.

My clothes washer died and had to go to a laundromat. Went to 3 in cobourg before I found empty machines here...and if this place hadn't been the last place in town, I would have gone elsewhere.Machines are disgusting, floors are dirty, tables are covered in laundry soap and dirt, and there is garbage all over the floors,(including broken glass). 2 machines ate my money and didn't finish washing ($8.50) and there is no way to contact anyone to get your money back. There is no where to get change, only signs saying to go to the convenience store. When you ask they are rude and give you a hard time.

A laundry with no change machine. Need I say more. I think the owners are trying to drive folks to their other Buisness in the mini mall, a convenience store. However the laundry is open later than the store. It’s just bad business and bad customer service. If you have a laundry you have a change machine.
