Pioneer - Gas Station

The location is an absolute joke, it’s the same as the Esso/Circle K by Zehrs. They both list that they are 24/7, but the cashiers like to hide in the back, lock the doors, and leave signs up daily that say “be back in 30 minutes”. I’ve made it a point to stop using stations like these that can’t even provide customers with the bare minimum for customer service. Avoid this place if you feel like not wasting your time.As for whoever the owner of the business is, be advised there is multiple videos of your staff hiding in the back during night hours. Solid way to keep losing customers and rightfully so.

Pumps work only half of the time, no trigger hold mechanism, slow clunky interface

I got gas. It was very gassy! I pulled the handle, and fuel came out. It was near magical.

One of their newest locations. I found it slightly more expensive on fuel and sundry items but the staff is friendly and it is conveniently located closer to the highway than the former Cainsville location was.

Poor customer service.

They used to have good gas prices. Now they seem most often to be just average.

Easy access. Just off the highway. Gas prices take a decent drop after 9 pm.

DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION IF YOU DRIVE A TRUCK, until they fix their pumps!If you pay with tap, they cut you off at $100 no matter what your card limit is! Today that was 72 L of my 120 L tank. This is unreasonably low.This is the only Pioneer where I have had this issue, and I am a regular Pioneer customer.What's worse is that I use the Journey rewards, connected to my CIBC card which gives me 10 cents off a fill up as a reward (up to 100L) and they don't even let you fill up to 100 L... That's almost $5 that was stolen from me and $63 more of gas that this pioneer would have received from me. Lose lose.The facility is very nice, the staff was friendly and the location is great but I will not fill up here until they fix their system! (I will update to 5 stars once the issue is fixed) Thank you!
