It took almost 8 MONTHS for my taxes to be filed. I had to send countless emails - many with no response, I called multiple times and also didn’t get responses and when I did Craig would just promise me another deadline, fail to meet it, send an apology (sometimes) and wait for me to follow up in a week or two. This cycle repeated over and over. It was extremely stressful AND to top it all off, in the end I was charged full price for this “great service”. Terrible. Definitely finding someone else who actually values my business.
