I have used Steve three times. The first time it was to clear our underground eavestrough drainage pipes. He got them working great again. The next time, he was the third visit to come help us work out a problem with our sewer lines at our business. The first two visits, the other guy just fixed the symptoms. The real problem was the Fiber Optic crews penetrated out sewer line at the street causing things to back up. We suspected that but the first guy kept insisting it was just a blockage. The third time we called Steve about water backing up in my sons basement. A plumber had been there repeatedly. Supposedly, he checked for blockages the first time but apparently just checked the main line (which had been inspected 6 months before when my son purchased the place). So, the plumber kept insisting it was a venting issue. He installed two cheater vents. When it happened again, the plumber wanted to tear apart walls to run a vent. We decided to call Steve to inspect for blockages one more time. Sure enough, the house had 3 major grease blockages. Both the inspector and the plumber missed this! Don't waste your time or money.
