2nd time we came. Food was excellent as usual. Our server was friendly and gave us a discount as some had a casino card. Thank you for that!! Some of our group The Ravishing Rubies from Kamloops part of the Crown Jewels or CJCS a Canadian group of ladies of a certain age, that just want to get together and have fun!

Extremely disappointing. The lady at the front desk one was extremely rude and two wouldn’t let us in the casino due to the fact we had a special needs adult who didn’t have two pieces of Id which is not a requirement in BC. wouldn’t have been bothered by this if she ID’ed the multiple people infront of us but she did not.

Machine selection limited . Not the newer games. Very tight machines. More of a bingo and horse racing establishment. Lot's of tables and dead space but no poker or table games.. Other casino top of hill next to Costco better selection. Just depends on prefrence

We went to the restaurant we have been here about 4 x. The food has always been top notch.My favourite is the prime rib beef dip.My hubby loved pork and mushroom schnitzel… He was also impressed with the homemade soups

Well I went there to get away from my sisters for a little bit. it's clean, not too busy when I was there and feels cozy. I didn't win anything but maybe you will have better luck. So good luck

They closed penticton bingo down so we had to travel to kelowna covid hit know it a day trip to play bingo in kamloops

Barside restaurant was very good. Waitresses were all very nice and friendly even thou they were so busy. Clean place and 6 of us all enjoyed our food. Staff in the casino are very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place I live in Pentiction so go there often . Lately it is very hard to win . I hear a lot of people saying it . They need more games under 50 cents . So people can go in and enjoy a day out or evening. Not everyone has money . And fix the smoking area allways dirty and no heat . People do smoke. Some staff are awesome some could use a little help dealing with people.,

I was in today to have lunch, Linda served us, I had a taco salad, the food was really good, our service was the best, it was busy and we did not wait for anything, thank you for being so professorial, all the staff in the casino were very friendly and we were asked a few times if we needed help, nice place, we did loose a little on the machine but you can't win every time right" lol"
