HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR MOBILE ORDERS! Doesn't matter if you go inside or use the drive thru to pick up mobile orders, staff will ignore you and serve all other customers before they even start preparing your mobile order. And they will still get your order wrong! Even after submitting your order in writing on the app, having staff repeat it back to you, and confirming it correct on the screen, they still give you the wrong stuff. THE WORST TIM'S IN ALBERTA!

Well. The lady never gave me any napkins or a bag to keep my wrap in. Regardless upon opening my wrap to eat, the thing is split all down the center. How am i supposed to eat this without making a mess all over my truck. It tasted fine and they got my coffee right. But for sure lacking in service and presentability. Honestly i think mcdonalds can do better

If you want to be served in the morning your only option is going through the drive thru. All the staff care about is the drive thru times. So you get quick service but they pretty much are putting your coffee in your cup holder and rushing you away as fast as possible

Tim Hortons food always good. It's always busy there. I have eaten here literally all hours of the day and each time the service was great. In the wee hours some of the items on the menu are not available but there is enough else.

Tim Hortons is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really like the Canadian Breakfast Wrap. Tim Hortons is definitely one of my favorite breakfast places in the city, and they did you know they now have coffee drinks! So whether you're looking for a cup of Joe or snack, I would definitely recommend giving Tim Hortons a try.The unique thing about this Tim Hortons is that it used to be in a crime ridden area, and since the businesses and neighbourhood watch cleaned up the area, it is actually relaxing to be at.

Me and a few of my friends came here after-school and were a few dollars short so we removed our donut and made our drinks small and after that we were still short but the person working at the time let's us have at and still gave us our donut I love this place for so many reasons

They didn’t look properly at online orders.I ordered steeped tea with almond milk and oats milk and honey but they gave me ordinary steeped tea without milk and honey plus I have ordered 2 farmers wraps without bacon were only with egg and cheese on order but gave me the wraps with bacon . I figured it out when I’m almost out of town so didn’t went back.

Stay away, they have faulty credit card machines tried to enter my pin. The buttons kept sticking after the third attempt it were refused my card they could not correct it because their buttons kept sticking. Customer Service would not do anything so sorry that was it. I will never go there again And would recommend no one to go there
