I got amazing service from Nick at the Lady Hammond St location. He fixed my laptop quickly and at a fair price, and when I still had some issues with it he fixed them with no extra cost. He was always friendly and easy to contact. I highly recommend!

I've gone here a few times to get phones repaired. They will either take care of you by fixing your tech or if it can't be fixed the way you thought it would be, they give you the options that may have been more expensive before doing the work so you can decide.

Wonderful experience here. Cellphone was having charger connection problems. Shop at mall said I'd need to replace charging port. Shopped around for best quote and and Geebo it was.Brought my phone in to get work done, the service rep. Asked me about the issue and said give me one second. 5 minutes later after professionally cleaning the port, my charging issues were fixed, and the cleaning was on the house!Geebo has my money next time I have device issues!

I hit up the Lady Hammond location to fix my phones charging port. Within a minute of walking in the door the gentleman at the counter cleaned out some dust and didn’t charge me a dime. My phone charges better than it has in months and I’ll certainly be going back for any future problems.

Amazing spot with great customer service! Went to the one on Gottigen street to get my iPhone screen replaced, however, they didn't have the right screen. Without me even having having to ask, the guy working the front called the Lady Hammond location and had them hold it for me. Once I got there, the employees once again had excellent customer service (one moved his car for a lady who needed to park), and gave me a replacement at a super reasonable price. If you need any of your devices repaired, hit up Geebo!

UBREAKIFIX urged I come here because it was outside of their scope. Geebo analysed diagnostics on my XPS 13 9310 for $50, including a $250 motherboard repair. Despite the cost, the laptop looked as if it is brand-new. The appointed technician cleaned the outside and inside of the machine, replaced the thermal paste, and repaired the motherboard, among other things.

This has by far been the WORST customer service experience I've ever encountered. My fiancé brought my laptop to geebo on May 11th to be fixed. After weeks of us having to call them for an update, we received nothing but excuses such as they forgot, it had moved locations and once it was even MISPLACED. Not to mention attitude from employees as we grew impatient. Alas, two months of false hope and we finally retrieved the laptop in the same condition as when we left it, with only a PARTIAL assessment charge refund as an apology. Did I mention they still have the charger? Waiting for a call back when they find it but of course I'm not hopeful. Thanks for nothing!!
