Cliffs Edge Retreat

Solo traveller. Booked the Puffin Suite for 2 nights. This place was phenomenal! Had some issues getting in to the suite but Craig was able to help immediately. Great service!Cliffs edge retreat is the definition of a getaway. The suite was extremely private with a hot tub, bbq, king size bed, espresso machine (with ground coffee provided) and an amazing fireplace. Highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I booked The Puffin's Burrow for our anniversary. From the moment we walked into the place until we left we were completely amazed at the thought that was put into the decorating, layout and everything that you could possibly need for either one night or a few nights of a very romantic getaway! The place is absolutely amazing and I'd very highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away and relax. This place was very far above what I expected and I'll definitely be back to try another of your beautiful and very well decored spaces!

Oh my gosh, what an amazing experience. We had a unit with a hot tub and a deck that had amazing views. So did inside of the unit. We saw whales and it was spectacular! The unit is beautiful and great amenities. If you get the chance, BOOK!

Best weekend getaway ever! Not because of the weather, wind and rain our whole visit. The CliffHanger was perfect. Clean, crisp, attention to detail, amazing view, sound of the seas crashing on the rocks below. And no better place to appreciate than a sheltered hottub. Awesome owners who could not have provided a better appointed retreat". We will be back!"

Location, location. Cliff's Edge ( quite accurately named) is an exciting, yet soothing place to stay, with a wonderful sauna and hot tub. The host was Johnny-on-the-spot when I needed him ( no fault of his).

An amazing retreat. The view is unrivalled and the spaces are amazing. Craig and Paula have thought of all the small details! We have stayed in both The Cliff Hanger and The Eagle’s Nest and we’re amazed with both. Hosts are easily accessible if you need anything. Hiking trails nearby with more beautiful views. Highly recommend Cliff’s Edge!

A true piece of heaven right on The Rock! This couple's retreat is a must if you want to get away from it all. The hosts have outdone themselves. The view is incredible (whether on a clear day or during a storm). We stayed in the Eagle's Nest, but got to view the Cliff Hangar as well. WOW! We have been to many couple" resorts/suites across the country and I have to rate this one as one of the best! We will definitely be back."

We stayed at the cliff hanger unit over the weekend and had an amazing time as we celebrated my husbands birthday and the end of a work week in St John’s prior to heading back to NB. The single unit is the perfect size for a two person stay which has everything that is needed to prepare your own meals etc.. There is a grocery store along the way to grab everything needed for meals. We preferred to spend the entire time eating in and relaxing. The units at the Cliffs Edge Retreat are new, cozy, private, and opened this year in 2022. We feel so lucky to have found this rental when looking for a place to stay. Pictures can not describe the beauty you will take in while sitting on the deck or in the amazing hot tub overlooking the shoreline below. We slept so well all 3 nights. The beds were comfy with nice bedding and the sounds of the waves below and fresh air as we left the windows open to take in the full experience at night. The hosts Craig and Paula have worked hard at perfecting their venue and it shows in the pride and added touches they add to the property. Thank you both for seeing the beauty you have and making it available for others to share. We hope to be back when in the province again.

We stayed in The Cliff Hanger suite and we loved it. The views are spectacular and the suite was great. The kitchen was well stocked and the suite was super clean.The hot tub was great. The host was super helpful and communicated with us well.We would come back and stay here again in a heart beat.
