Amplifon Hearing Clinic

I brought my mom to amplifon and Ellen Armeniakos was amazing! She took her time to explain everything to my 87 year old mom and made her feel comfortable and welcome! I would recommend Ellen to everyone!! She went over and above for my mom. Thank you, Ellen!!

I have worn hearing aids for 5 years and something was not right. The audiologist where I purchased them said there was nothing more they could do. I made an appointment with Amphifon on Wharncliffe Road North. Ellen gave me the best test ever. She reprogramed them and downloaded an update.I can't believe the difference.Thank you Ellen. You really know your stuff! Nicole, I love the way you look after your customers.

Just want to start by saying Thanks to Sam the receptionist who was very helpful and nice to me right from the moment I stepped in. The doc, Ellen, she's Amazing not only in her job but also in how to treat a patient. I'm not sure but she might have asked me 50 times, how am I feeling and checking on me while she was working on my ear. I can't thank you enough for fixing my ear and being so nice and humble throughout. If anyone has issues with any kind of ear problem, I will highly recommend visiting Amplifon. Thank you Doc Ones again for being kind and generous.

Ellen and her coworker Amanda were friendly and helpful right from the start. They helped put me totally at ease. Ellen explained the hearing test thoroughly and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. She then showed me the results on a graph and explained so that I understood. She showed me the instrument she recommended for my particular problem.A few days later I was fitted and the aids were programmed. Ellen took time and great care to make sure I understood how to use and live my life comfortably with the aids. I feel confident and comfortable with this new way of life and look forward to an ongoing relationship with Ellen and Amanda as a significant part of my health care team!Joan Hutchinson

My family has the highest regard for Ellen & have followed her to Amplifon as a result. Her level of patience & caring with her clients sets a bar that few if any are able to measure up to. This was even more evident recently when my Mom lost her hearing aid during a hospital stay. Ellen created a work around with one of Mom's older aids which provided my Mom some relief during her stressful hospital stay when due to hospital restrictions, we were not able to be there with her & the fear factor of her not hearing things properly was extreme. Due to Ellen's ingenuity, my Mom was able to hear the hospital staff well enough for which we are beyond grateful. I have & will continue to recommend Ellen & Amplifon to anyone in need of hearing solutions.
