Called to book an appointment for the morning ask if that night would be better she passed phone another this lady that was short with me so I said cancel all appointments. Next morning they call saying why are you not here. So I just woke up running around realizing my dog needs a walk. I call back to ask if she can come with us. The one that was short picked up the phone and had to have the last comment. Telling us they came in early for us. Whoever that Second Lady is should not be answering phones. This could had been a good first experience. I’ve been a hairstylist for 15yr this not how you talk to your clients.

Staff were nice, but cut my cuticle and it bled for about 10 minutes. Still charged me full price. Pedicure was mediocre with very little massage compared to other establishments.

Absolutely amazing, I decided after work that I wanted a pedicure. This was at like 6:30, I walk in the door at 6:45, 15 mins before they close and they take me, take their time do an excellent job. Truly amazing. I had been before for a full acrylic set, and they did an amazing job then too, my technician even remembered me when my roommate came the next week. Loved the service and my co-workers come here too and love the work they do, highly recommend! Coming again tomorrow for a full set of acrylic nails!

I have been here for a pedicure 2 times before,and it was great.I made an appointment for a third pedicure at 5pm, but the whole surrounding area had a power outage for hours.The staff could have called me to reschedule the pedicure, but instead they waited for me to get there before telling me I wouldn't be getting a pedicure because they have no power.I won't be coming back here for a fourth time because I don't like having my time wasted. When a simple phone call can make a difference.

Made an appointment last minute. The lady (Selina?)doing my nails was very friendly and did the nails really well and quickly! Very happy with how my nails turned out. The place does smell a bit like chemicals, not sure if that normal for nail salons. Shellac manicure was $35, which is average, I think.
