This great project having 240 beds in 7 stories Residential Care Building & Adult Day Care (Non-Combustible Concrete Structure ) with 1 Level U/G Concrete Parking Structure and planned to finish by July, 2020.seniors can now live in luxury and concerned with affordable housing and quality care. Everyone wants to remain close to family, friends and community.The New Vista Society is committed to excellence in all endeavours, looking to create meaningful relationships with our Care Home residents, housing tenants, Adult Day Care clients and the community. Dedicated to research and evidence-based service, we partner with families, community organizations, Fraser Health, BC Housing, and local universities to create a compassionate environment where everyone feels safe, connected and enriched.

They took great care of my mom. Thank you to all the staff.

Bedbugs. People drinking outside and getting loud. It's just not conducive for peaceful living. Some studios have spectacular views though.

Very clean and well cared for. It's under. Major renovations right now. Apply through BC HOUSING, market rent is subsidized, mostly bachelor units only a handful of one bedrooms they give to couples only. Affordable rent for the poor. Anywhere from 600- to 1,000 monthly, roughly.

My sister used to live there. It's well kept.

They treat the people there very well.

Individual bedroom, friendly staff and many indoor activities for patients. Place is always clean, they have hair salon inside. Scheduled dentist and nail crippling. Basic insite blood test and nurse. I can't compare with other homes, as this is first one attended. Pretty happy about it.

My mom lives here it's ok.
