Suddenly discontinued services without even telling me. I had to find out for myself that nobody was coming to take care of my dog like I was relying on. After sending multiple messages on multiple platforms and having to text the other walker to get any reply, the only explanation I got was that they were discontinuing services and that they had “sent multiple messages in regards to issues that were ignored” when I have not in fact received a single message about any issues. Didn’t reply after sending multiple emails asking what messages they were referring to and if they could send screenshots so I could see what they were referring to (and see if they sent them to the wrong email or something like that). Even if there were issues (that I was never made aware of), it is entirely unacceptable to suddenly discontinue caring for a dog with even telling the owner beforehand.

Urban Paw continues to impress us each time we have them pet sit. Debbie has been absolutely amazing with our dogs, both past and present, as she treats them as her own and understands them inside and out. Debbie works with every dog’s unique personality and makes them feel safe and loved while providing lots of walks, playtime and general companionship while we are away. One of the rudest and miserable person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. This is not a fake review Debbie, you must know who I am and why this is being written. Good luck getting ahold of google!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
