We’ve been to this location for 3 appointments to address the same issue with paperwork when trying to apply for our kid’s education savings account. It’s been aggravating that different reps keep making mistakes with our paperwork causing us to come back to do everything all over again. TD advisors in branches are terribly undertrained. For these reasons, I recommend trying other banks to manage your accounts.

I had an absolutely amazing experience dealing with Chris Reyers. Not only did Chris truly listen to my questions but he also offered to follow up and ensure I had everything I need the following day.It’s service like this that makes me want to bring all my business with TD.I know many people say give this guy a raise, but I’ll tell you if it was my business I wouldn’t want to lose an employee like Chris to a competitor.Thank you Chris for being the best part of TD!

I stopped by today in order to him some missing tax paperwork printed. The teller was amazing, not only did she print what she could but she went though everyone of my items in order to ensure I didn't in fact receive paperwork that I was not even asking about! I have had hit and miss interaction with TD as of late but this branch really helped me out!

You’re lucky if you can deposit anything into the machine, let alone if the machine is even working, and they’re never on time or open when you go for opening hours. Looking into switching banks for sure.

After a long time, I just paid a visit to this bank with my fingers crossed with the past trauma.Now I'm giving this branch a 5 full stars, all thanks to a teller named Amber". She should be more than a teller. She's the BEST!"

I recommend to go find another bank if posible. They are not knowledgeable of what they are doing at least my past year experiences. Also manager is not helpful. I been banking with then for 13 years and it used to have this personal approach but I guess new staff and manager doent care and not helpful maybe because it so busy on that location.

Bad, a really bad experience!I had an appointment with Phoebe Lin (Wei Lin) last week for a Personal Assessment. It was such a joke! Phoebe Lin is supposed to be a senior financial advisor. But when she prepared my Personal Assessment the assets such a principal residence (my house), automobile, etc. was missing!I have been a home owner since 1996. During years, I have gone to the banks for a personal assessment many times but no one ever missed the Other Assets" part
